My husband received his EAD/AP card yesterday, as well as informed delivery works it did not tell us that is was being delivered.  Please check your mail daily there might be a unexpected surprise.

Oh my god you guys, I'm shaking as i type this but just got a message on the app that my card is being produced!!! Thank god things are finally moving!! I think we all will get great news by the end of the week!!! So happy!!  

Hey guys, so I have “good” news.
 
Yesterday I called the USCIS hotline and talked to an officer which told me there is still no update on my EAD. Then I asked about my AOS status and she said that they are currently working on cases of January 2017 so I shouldn’t expect a status change soon.
 
Fortunately tonight even tho I haven’t received any update about my expedite for my EAD, my status for my AOS has changed directly from “fingerprint fee received” to “interview scheduled”.
 
My interview is gonna be in 4 weeks. I’m super exited and nervous at the same time.
 
I made an appointment at the local office a few weeks ago to get more information about my EAD expedite which would be tomorrow morning. 
 
Here is my question. Should I still go to the appointment and find out if I get an EAD card or just cancel it and wait for the interview and the real GC?
 
Does anyone else who is adjusting from B1/B2 have a scheduled interview already?

So my combo card was sent Nov 9th and I received it today (Nov 13th). Please take into account that there was a weekend in between so it might be shorter for you if it's sent on a Monday for example.
 
They received my case on Aug 1st. I did not do expedite, I did raise an SR but it hasnt been assigned to anyone, so its just like I didnt at all.

I could not find a thread for the September 2017 filers. So I thought , well, August is close enough. My timeline is as follows,
 
August 2011- Arrived in the US on an F1 visa.
February 2012- Started dating my wife.
May 2013- graduated with Master's degree.
September 2014- Started getting my Phd.
September 2016- got engaged 
January 2017- got married
August 29- Mailed i-485, i-130, i-765, i-131
September 1st 2017- Package received by USCIS
September 8th- Check encashed
September 9th- online notification, email notification, and text notification. Case being processed by NBC.
September 11th- NOA 1 received via mail.
September 15th- NOA to attend biometrics received
September 27th- biometrics appointment completed
October 6th- a yellow form asking me to bring my i-693 to the interview
October 17th- received online notice that interview has been scheduled
October 20th- received the interview letter. 
November 20th- Interview.  
 
NBC is processing pretty fast. My interview is going to be at the Indianapolis USCIS field office. Hoping everything goes smoothly at the interview. Will let y'all know how it goes.
 
 

Hi everyone! I just received notification that my EAD/AP is being processed, I'm so happy that things are finally moving forward ! 
I am curious about the restrictions that I apply to my advance parole. When we filled out the paperwork, we put an estimated date in the paperwork and a purpose for traveling, but I am wondering if I will be able to travel sooner, with a different reason. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
 
Here is my timeline:
08/01/2017: case was received for travel and employment 
08/10/2017: Notice of action i485, EAD and AP
08/18/2017: biometrics notification 
09/7/2017: biometrics
10/18/2017: Ready for schedule an interview
11/09/2017: New card is being produced

Guys Good News for me  rigth now i got the status  New Card Is Being Produced im so happy and i hope you get a new status. 
 
 

Received EAD/AP CARD in the mail Today! Husband is officially on a job hunt! Please refer to my Signature for any helpful information! Im thinking if I should vlog the experience of K1-AOS,EAD,AP process but im a little shy haha!

Good morning everyone!  Just wanted to give you our update on my husband's AOS timeline.  We received an update last night that his interview for his green card is scheduled for December 14!  Our timeline is as follows:
August 4 - Marriage
August 15- sent AOS packet
August 17- Packet received
Late August- NOA1s received
September 12 - Biometrics appointment
October 17- updated to "ready to be scheduled for interview"
November 9- updated to "interview scheduled" for December 14
 
So I am not sure if his EAD/AP will get approved in the meantime but looks like he will be an official green card holder by mid December.   I hope everyone else starts hearing some updates on your cases soon!  Maybe they are getting a little pep in their step trying to get stuff done before the holidays!

Just received an update on my husband's EAD also! New Card Is Being Produced as of Nov 8th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm BEYOND HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
 
Seeing a few others like Texasfiler and Stephanie B also getting the same update! It seems when they make changes they make them together... similar to how a lot of people were "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" as of Oct 17th. Hang in there everyone!
