Watching them touch so many cases from our day (Dec 5th) and it not being ours is agony. Especially as a few of the cases numbered immediately before and after have been approved already. I can't imagine how it must be for all of you early November filers still waiting. Fingers crossed for you that they get moving on those. xox

Hello November and December filers. Day "95", I wake up to text my fiance a good morning only to get "CASE IS APPROVED" in return. She was crying, i didn't know how to react. I just congratulated her. You guys are the immediate next set of people who I am sharing this with. A constant source of support, strength, information and most of all hope is what this group is.
 
I sincerely pray all those remaining get quickly approved.

The I-134 is to be brought to the interview. You may need to provide updated pay stubs and/or bank statements.

Are u applying for k1 visa? I-134 is turned in at the embassy when foreign fiancee goes for interview. The officer may or may not ask for it. If u already submitted, don't worry about it. That email must b just a generic information. Just take copy to interview.

Well, I am returning with the BEST news -- NVC just "found" our petition!!!!!
 
I have to wonder how they magically find it after 32 days, several email inquiries and a bunch of phone calls all within a few days.

Mine took 17days. Wait for few more days.

December 5th was the date on the letter. It's also the same date the USCIS show on their tracker.

Prepare your noa1 &  2 letter just in case they ask something  about receipt number and such. My fiance was asked about few stuff about me as well (im the benificiary).. Unfortunate she forgot my birthdate .. The officer was like "this is so disappointing" haha.

Our NOA1 was 5th of December and we were approved today as well.

Bro, I certainly hope you get yours quick. You have no idea the solace I gained from your updates. I apologize to everyone, I've been pissy lately wondering when when when. And I know people have waited much longer than me. I am still in a daze right now. What an awesome day. Saw "A Dogs Purpose" with my son tonite and now the NOA2. I'm too lucky. I can't wait to tell my better half when I call her in the morning. 

Approved, Approved, Approved!!!!! I checked it even though I haven't received a text or email and to be quite honest just to kill time until Geo's update. I actually logged out and logged back in just to make sure I didn't read it incorrectly. I am so stoked. How in the heck am I supposed to go to sleep now and get up at 04:00?  My mind is racing about what I do next. I've already updated my time line on here. I hope a whole boat load get their approvals today!

Im clicking on the immigrant page. I even called the embassy but the just told me it was a system error

That was what happened to me. My case status said READY for a few days but I couldn't schedule anything under K1 Visa Nonimmigrant (Blue/purple page). I scheduled my appointments under Immigrant, the green page. Although K1 is nonimmigrant visa, they do have Immigrant intent.

Really I'm happy they looked already at my file I called my immigration lawyer so they will be receiving the same letter as I get I hope it's something small for us!??

I'm in the same boat on day 99 (yesterday) they said an RFE is being mail.  I'm sure it's something small like an unchecked box or missing signature.
