Finally got my 10 yr GC after 6 weeks. Here is my timeline

Sep 23, 2016 - I-130 - NOA1 

Jun 1, 2017 - I-130 Approval

Jun 5, 2017 - Entered US on L1 - POE and immigration was smooth

Oct 24, 2017 - Receipts for I-485, i-131 and I-765

Jan 31, 2018 - Received EAD and AP

Feb 6, 2018 - AOS interview in SJC

Mar 15, 2018 - Received GC by mail

My online case status still stays interview scheduled.

6 weeks after my AOS interview and I dont have any update  Should I raise an SR?

It has been 4 weeks since I finish my AOS interview and there is no update on my case? My interview went on pretty smooth.According to the Interview Officer, I am eligible for a 10 yr green card but my case has not been updated yet.

At the end of the interview, the IO gave me a letter which said my case is under review for 120 days. I understand this is a letter which most people receive at the end of the interview.

Should I contact USCIS now? or wait for 120 days? 

I have already received my EAD and AP and I have plans to step out of the country for a few weeks.

yes, once you get approved for AOS..since you have been married for more then 2 years you will get the 10 year GC... as for citizenship IF you are still married you can apply for it 3 years after you get your GC..

My husband is a USC but when he filed for me, he was a GC holder.

I had my AOS interview on feb 6 in San Jose and my interview was smooth; However, I haven't heard from USCIS. We have been married for just over 2 yrs (Jan 2018 we had our second anniversary).

I had my AOS interview 3 weeks ago in San jose and the interview with well. But I have not had a decision yet.

Congrats! I had my interview 3 weeks ago and my husband is USC. I came on L1B, and did AOS. Our interivew went fine but i havent heard from USCIS. My status on my case has not changed either. SHould I be worried?

How long did you wait for GC approval after your interview?

I am in the same boat, it is 3 weeks since my interview and no decision. How long did it take for you to get your GC? Did you have a second interview?

After 2 weeks of interview, the status online says "Interview is scheduled" - This is 1.5 months old

Is there anyone on this thread who finish their AOS for permanent 10 YR greencard (not conditional) and waiting for approval?

I finish mine 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything even though my interview was smooth and I had all documents.

I don't think you are denied as yet but you will get denied because they have time frame to sent anything so you need to call them asap and let them know you never received the letter or email.

I am telling you this because I have this problem with something else and I started the I-130 again. it was not my fault it was uscis so with my case I didn't had to pay another fees.

 

because its not your fault they will give you an appointment asap.

 

Just trying to help before it get worst.

is this a standard letter everybody received after the interview?

Thanks, I am a little stressed out as my interview was 02/06 and I haven't received any update.

My category was changed from F2A and my spouse became a US citizen. I came in on L1B and We applied for AOS

I had my AOS interview on 02/06 at San Jose field office. Even we were in the interview room for an hour but it was smooth. The Interview Officer was pleasant and friendly and she made us feel like we were having a casual conversation and not an interview. But I have not been told whether  I will be recommended for GC or not. Should i be worried?

I complete 90 days today and I havent received my EAD or AP. However I received my interview date for Feb 6, 2018

I had my biometrics for I765 and I485 on 17 Nov 2017. Has anyone received their EAD and AP already?

I got my NOA1 for I-485, EAD and AP letters on saturday (28th Oct). So i am hoping that i ll get my biometric next month

My checks were encashed yesterday but I still havent received any update on my case number (Case number on my I-130), - i checked it thru the USCIS Case status link.

 Also i realized I have sent it to chicago lockbox instead of Arizona. Will that make a difference?

My PD is 22nd Sep 2016. I sent an upgrade letter to upgrade from F2A to IR1/CR1 for my I130 petition on 7th Mar 2017. How do I know the current status of my upgrade? Also california service centre is processing IR1/CR1 of 16th Oct 2016.
