(2) Log in
(3) Add case
You will see the option.
Good luck.

Trying to find in a court website ?

Should not be worried. Recommending for approval means your case has been pre-approved. It is subjected to be approved.
It has been left somewhere on the supervisor desk. What we do is to make a copy of an interview result, send directly to an IO (whose name on it).
Good luck to you.

Usually few days.
SF is very fast in scheduling, if not, then something happens to your case. Suggest write a letter to the IO. -

Hahaha i know huh? Well, I’m not in a rush for getting a passport. It could wait. Just need to update my status on social security on monday. Registered online to vote.
You need to wait more than 10 days to notify SSO. Going on Monday will just waste your time.

Is it actually over ? Haha!

Yes. I was approved on the spot because I asked my Immigration Officer (IO) if I could take Oath earlier, and she consulted with her supervisor.

Hi, guys,I am new here. My interview is on October 10 , get approved.but I haven't received the oath letter ,I have been waiting for more than 1month.and the online doesn't update yet.still is "my interview is scheduled " do you think how long I have to wait? Thanks .
My friend's interview was on 10/05 and she hasn't been placed in Oath. So I will write a letter for her in order to "remind" them.

I am August filer, Los Angeles office, did my fingerprints on September 6 and my status still shows Case was received on August 15.
3 people from Los Angeles office who applied around my date are In Line since October 10. I am not sure that the offices do not update the online status, obviously depends from case to case
It is different. We are SF filers. We don’t really know the time line of LA office but if you file online, in the past it would be quicker. Now everyone uses Online so it will cause some significant delay for all applicants. (I believe)

It may take time because of the background check. I had my biometrics on June 12 and waited up to Sept. 19 to get the date for my interview which was Oct. 23. I am scheduled for the ceremony on Nov. 28.
His Biometric is cleared (I guess) so he was put in line for an interview.

You are Indian citizen.
Current PD:
-F2B: 15 November 2010
-F1: 22 January 2011
I suggest your mom informs NVC to upgrade your petition as soon as possible because the progress takes sometimes.
You probably have to wait 1-2 years more then you date will become Current.

That is so unusual... You should have been scheduled an interview for now. From your PD to now is 227 days. SF Office completes a case about 255-260 days.
Your case is stuck at the Biometric stage. Try to submit online case inquiry, or contact your Congressman.

Great job !
Congratulation on passing the interview!

Just a thought. Having kids does NOT mean your marriage is real. It means you guys had sex or else. Otherwise my N400 will be rejected because we do not have kids yet! They look at the complete combo of proof, kids is one proof. They know some people would do anything for immigration purpose and they seen it all. In your case I dont know what was the reason for rejection. Maybe the payment method?
Did you get any update on your case?
Totally agreed.
My sister got pregnant and the IO did not trust the kid is my brother in law's. They directed my sister to an assigned doctor to check.

I didn't file online but I got a noti in the mail. USCIS got me an ELIS account. I signed up, got an alert & can view docs online. Does it mean I'm automatically converted to online filling? My receipt number starts with IOE btw.
Technically yes. I guess there is no more NBC since everything is processing electronically.

do you have to even if there is nothing new on the name or something after turning into citizen? or they SSN office just update in their system,no new SSN card issued.
Indeed, they just updated your record.
For example,
When the student applies for some benefits such as FAFSA, he claims himself as an USC. The school will verify with Social Security Office.
If he does not update, SSO system does not show he is an UCS, then the verification fails. He needs to submit the proof to the school, which takes longer to process his FAFSA application.
It is highly recommended and encouraged to take sometime to update the status with SSO in order to get things done smoothly when it comes to verification your status.

I don't see 'Court certified documents regarding past criminal history' as a required. The requirements say the words, 'if'. Or am i missing that this is a must for everyone?
Then it means it is not required for you.

Yeah, I am so excited!!! Do you have to go security too at the Paramount? I am not sure if I can make it to arrive earlier than 9am for the 10am ceremony.
No. There are 1 gate and 1 door. After you pass the gate go inside the theater, there will be 6-7 officers standing to check your Questionnaires. After you No and No and No, they will write a section number in your letter and you will be directed inside. There will be 4-5 sections doors with Officers standing too. They will collect your Card and interview letter, ask you to grab a package (contains passport application, and some other things).
Anyways, I met with my officer at the next door and I said Hi to her. She still remembers me, like a magic.
