Hi, Background - US citizen (obtained citizenship in 2021) Mother - location: Moldova, Moldova citizen, never been to the US I invited my mother to visit me for 2 weeks for the winter holidays. She applied for a B2 visa. Let's assume she gets a 10 year visa and is allowed to spend 180 days per year in the US. As the person who invited her (she indicated my name and address as part of the B2 visa application), do I bear any legal responsibility in case she overstays her yearly 180 day allotted time (worst case scenario?).
