I would try not to worry, periods without a touch are common at this stage, give it a bit longer
Long periods without being touched are a normal part of marriage, eh?
Good One

My wife is Japanese from Miyazaki ( Obi to be exact.)

Birth Cert. translations ect..
she will need to get a copy of her Koseki Tohon

What REALLY Happens at Biometrics
You have your Appt. Date and time you arrive early and then reality strikes!
When you walk up to the door there is a thick heavy black Curtain blocking any light or visability from the "outside world"
As soon as you walk through the curtain and door you enter a cold room lit only by infra~red Red lighting. You notice only large men with balnk enexpressive faces, all named "SMITH" in black suits and dark sunglasses, then when you are about to scan the room to get your bearings a very big abbrasive looking individual "Agent Smith" suddenly comes up to you and throws a blind fold over your eyes & bag over your head, escorting you into a cold long tunnel.
As you walk down this tunnel you hear faint echos of screaming and heavy breathing, the air is cold, damp and earie. As you approach the end of the tunnel you hear this sudden loud CLANG! of a steal door, you notice all the faint screaming that you heard before has stoppd and turned into a sputtering whimper. Next thing you know you are tossed into a cold steal chair strapped down from your neck to your ankles.
Your heart races, then you hear mumbled whispers and another voice enters the room. The sound of metal clanging startles you more as they GRAB your hand & inspect your fingers with meticulous grunts of approval ,taking your fingers one by one & placing them in what feels like warm body fluid. Your hands are placed on a cold surface with this warm fluid ooozing in between your fingers and then, your blindfold is removed & suddenly there is a BRIGHT Blinding Flash of light! Next thing you know ..you wake up (if your fortunate enough in Wyoming) or Delaware
lost & confused with wet drawers not knowing your name.
Disclaimer: majority of Biometrics cases go smoothly without fear or worry The above is only hearsay none of the events could actually be be proven. However, the numerous missing persons out of ASC ending up in Delaware with amnesthia have boggled the public mind for years,

Pictures of you two together with friends and family will offer more eveidence,

Congrats Good on ye! Question how much was parking at the Los Angeles DO?
We were thinking about taking the Metro rail there
Again congrats and best wishes for your new life in the USA

With the new I864 a letter is not required so if you cannot get it it isn't the end of the world.
Thats true with I-864EZ although submitting a letter with the form is not required
having the employment letter or additional evidence of support available at the Interview helps.
They often ask for things like that especially in cases of a co-sponsor.

Tell him to write up the statement ( Below example) take it to HR and ask them to sign & verify the informatioin
Company he works for
His current position/ Title
Hire Date
Aprox # of hours he works on average
Salary or Hourly pay rate
Signed by HR or immeidate supervisor
printed if possible on Company letter or include Business card of supervisor or HR personel
If they refuse have him take I-864 instructions and show them where and why he needs it.
His paystubs ( recent months) and W'2 will work also have him obtain a statement of his bank account.

Good on ye! Enjoy your new life in the USA

better to send it and not need it than to get and RFE, since G325-A doesn't cost anything to file not a big deal to submit it again,
I feel bad for those who are asked to submit another I693 medical that cost upwards of $200.00

As KC456 poitend out.
. The translator does not have to be "certified of official, by writing up and signing a statement like that below the translator must certify that He/She is fluent in both the English and Foreign language. It does not need to be notorized. It may be starnge if the petitionor signs the translation but it is perfectly alright as long as he/she is fluent in english and foreign language of document being translated. See attached for a sample translation letter.
Item #13 from USCIS Website regarding Certifying translated foriegn Documents
Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate. The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:
Certification by Translator
I typed name , certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled .
Signature
Date Typed Name
Address

I'm filling in all the forms needed for my adjustment of status and see that on the USCIS website it says I need to send off a G-325A Biographical Information Sheet. I already filled in these forms for my interview in London...do I need to do it again?
the answer is YES, If you file I485 without submitting G325A your will get an RFE for the G325 A
Also remember to complete the G325A using the fillable form Online. It prints in Quadruplet
Sign all four copies and send the four with your I485.
-
If you filed I485 & I765 you will have 2 Biometrics Appts. Notice the ACS code on the I485 is ASC3
& the I-765 is ASC2
ASC 3 is for everything all 10 prints and photo usually takes longer
ASC2 is only thumb print and photo for EAD card
We received our ASC appts seperatly but took both receipt notices on the smae day, they handled both appts same time, in fact our appt times were for 9:30 we went to ASC before they opened and we were the first ones seen

My wife wants to move there, I told her we would look into it, but I hear it is very expensive to live in hawaii and the job market is not as good

Questions:
Does she need to apply for extend stay since her I-94 only stamp for 6 months? Is there anyother way to do it?
Thanks
Tell her NOT to leave the country until GC is approved, the fact that from USCIS view, it will look as though your aunt entered on a non-immigrant Visa ( tourist) with intentional plans to get married & immigrate & draw extra scrutiny to her case. She will have the burden of proving that the relationship is legit,
As far as extending her stay: Even if she overstays the permited limit on her I-94, Once she files AOS, her overstay status will be forgiven.
I would not reccomend applying for extend stay, too much activity on her could draw more scrutiny, I suggest just filing AOS and do NOT leave the country until GC in Hand.
She will have the burden of proving that the relationship is legit, since she only knew her soon to be husband for a short time . Be prepared for USCIS to ask a lot of questions at the interview.

Step 1 go Here--------->USCIS WEB PAGE AOS through marriage
2)Get Married & File for AOS : File all of the following together I-485(I-693)I-765 I-130(I-864),
3)Wait aprox. 90 days for your I-765 EAD to be approved then Apply for SSN, DL, Bank Account
4)Set up Joint accounts, establish evidence of relationship.
5) prepare for interview ( Aprox 4-6 months after filing for AOS)

I use www.winkflash.com to print pics.
First order they are 5c a print, I just printed all of our wedding pics for $16 plus 99c delivery on any size order. The quality is really good too.
Usual price is 9c which is still cheap.
I'm also worried about the amount of evidence we have. We have no lease or mortgage, haven't put me on the utility bills yet but are doing so this week (still means we'll only have 1 months proof). We have joint medical cover and tons of photos, wedding cards, wedding guest book and magazine subscription in joint names, as well as joint bank accounts. I save all envelopes addressed to both of us and any bit of evidence I think might prove we are together!
Wow .9c per print Awesome deal ! i use www.fotki.com for photo storage, sharing & printing.
As far as your evidence, add the names to utilities and you shoul dbe ok haveing Joint medical helps, you should be ok.

My wife & I put the following together for our interview
Original Marriage license
Receipts for wedding rings

Joint Filed IRS Tax returns for previous 2 tax years
Joint utility Bills ( gas, Electric & cell phone) my phone company or bank wouldn't add her on w/out SSN

Copies of letters and correspondances with postal stamped envelopes (dating back to 1994)
We printed out 12 sheets of photos
-Photos of us before, during and after the birth of our beautiful daughter
-we included a couple group photos of our wedding although it was small and intimate. We did not have a much of a wedding, our wedding was at the Santa Barbara Court House with a small group of friends and family,
-Photos of our Honey moon -
-Photos with her & my extended family
-Photos with us & her extended family
-Photos of us with my College room mate
-Photos of us traveling around japan, Ca. & Australia
We both wrote letters of our relationship, detailing How, when We met and what led to our marriage.
the letters we will also use to put in a new scrap book we created for our whole AOS/ process
Oh yeah and we are bringing our daughter to the interview
if that is not sufficent evidence I don't know what is.

Alos helps those reading your inquiry if you don't use ALL CAPS,

Best way to go Personal checks, they serve as another way to document your case , also has your name address on it so USCIS can't muck up and put payment with wrong file
Also if filing more than one form I suggest 1 check for each form filed!
Thank you VJ!!!!
