    I have a little question, 

    apparantly it can take month to have the interview date, but is it months at the moment they are saying that the case is ready to be scheduled or when they are saying that the interview is scheduled ? 

    Cause i have received the notification that my interview is scheufled 9 days ago and no letter in my mailbox, so I was wondering if it’s normal or not.

     

    it’s like, any of you have been at their interview without having yet your EAD or AP ? Cause I find this strange to have my interview without having any news from the two other request, no?

    Hello everybody, I don’t want to go in a debate but do you think that the very long delay of our case have something to do about all the crazy things who are happening about immigration actually ?

    Which unfortunately means that for those of you who still have not heard anything yet, it might mean they haven't looked at your application at all as of now and when they do, and they realize that something is wrong/missing, they will send you an RFE. This is what happened to me, despite having already waited 5+ months and raised 2 SR (both SR were completed and said everything was fine LOL).

    But the good news is, when they do send you RFE after so long, it usually means that they have actually started processing your case and they are just waiting on what is missing to finalize.

    My RFE packet was delivered at Lees Summit today, so I am hoping for good news soon!

    Also, contact your congressman! Mine was really helpful. Might not even have had RFE yet if he had not helped with my case.

    i was saying to myself thatbts the proof that at least they have begin to work on my case. Thank you for this little explanation ;)

    I have read a lot that it roughly takes a week or two for them to approve after they have received it. Fingers crossed!!

    I have to admit that my statut have change just 1 week after I have sent the files they were asking to tell me that they have received the files. Now I am waiting for some neeeeews. yes finger crossed !!

    So...after so many time without news, an RFE received in the end of April, and them have received it 7 days ago, I just hope things will move a little bit, at least for the EAD or the AD.

    i am going to begin to call anybody I can call to have some news, even if I know the RFE is going to delay everything. 

    I am just super hurry to have the possibility to travel or work.

    Hello everybody,

    i was wondering something and maybe someone have the answer for me.

     

    I am going to be in a process for AOS after a K1 visa. And i know that travelling during the process is a big deal... But i was wondering soemthing. At the moment you have the EAD approved, you can travel like you want ? I mean, i am from France and i was wondering if i can come back to France for work like 3 month and after come back in USA ?

    Hello eveyrbody,

    I am trying to be "calm" but i am totally lost.

    So we know thaht your case is approved since 24th January, he have received the 14th february the letter who tell him thaht our case is approved and travel now from US to my amabassade but since... no news at all ! We are agree thaht i have to wait a latter and mail to prepare my interview and all of this ?

    I begin to be nervous about it.  I just want to be sure thaht all of this is normal, and thaht it's us who have to contact me (the petitionnet) to tell me what i have to do ?

    Hello, sorry I have took a while to answer. It have been 15 days between the approuval and nvc to have the files. 

    I was worried to have no news, and my fiancé (the petitioner) have the letter to say the nvc have sent the files to the ambassade. Now I am waiting fir some news from the ambassade.

    My fiancé have received the letter with our case number on it ! It seems like the case is traveling to France just right now ! Youhou ! I have to work on the interview stuff right now.

    Question, i have seen that we need to "continue" the proof of relationship, i mean put the new event on a file to go to the interview, is it still true?

    Hello guys, I am searching everywhere the answer of my question but i find contradictory information all the time so maybe someone can help me here.

     

    I have been approuve on 24th january, and to save money i have move back to my parents house until my leaving for USA (i am living in France). The question is, how i can change my adress because all the form who exist is about  people who live in America, i have made follow my mail but i am worried. I really wnat to chnage my adress but i really don't know how to do it, do i have to see it with the ambassade ? Do i have to do it before ? i am lost.
