Another update today, it was a good news. My husband had his interview today and he got approved for AOS. The immigration officer in Charlotte, NC  who interviewed him was very nice.  His interview was at 1:45 pm. We got in at 1:19pm  he was called at 2:45pm. The interview lasted for 10 minutes. We we're asked about how the relationship started and just verified all the questions in the I-485 form. Then showed the IO supporting documents like pictures, joint account from the bank, medical insurance.  By the way, he received his EAD and AP September 23rd. So for those who are still waiting, just pray and be patient. Will update again when he is going for ROC. For those members who answered when I have inquiries, thank you so much. GOD BLESS us all.....
