Did you apply early (90days) or after your anniversary? Is the interview scheduled after anniversary?

July 2020 filer here. Still waiting.
Fingers crossed for news soon

Any updates for July 2020 filers yet?

If I have an extension letter is that all I need to travel with to Mexico and back with an expired green card? What is the passport stamp?

I applied on 07/09/2020 from Florida and my case was sent to Potomac. Recently it allowed me to submit an Out of Normal Processing Time request and I got a reply on 05/21 saying “your case is currently being reviewed by an officer, we do not have an estimated time as to how long until the review is complete”. Is this just a generic response?

Potomac really is finally approving cases.
Checked status of YSC1990407XXX on their app, filtered by i-751 form, 6 cases approved for the past week. I have been checking that list for 6 month at least now, there was no movement until recently.
Good luck all!!
Hi, what app do you use to track this ? I’m also at Potomac, thanks.

I wonder how long it will take to process our cases. I filled at the Texas filing center. Would really like this done by end of 2020 but I doubt it

Like @JSWHJSWH mentioned, EAD extention is completely free. So it's a good side. But also, don't send documents more than 3 months prior your expiration date. They will simply return your application back. I haven't seen any posts where applications like that were successful
Oh wow really, the uscis site led me to believe i would have to pay for a renewal! thanks for this!

Hi everyone,
I haven't posted in a long time, I tried to forgot about visas for a while lol.
However, my last update was JULY 10th 2017 - Fingerprint fee received...
My work permit expires in November and K1 medical on July 6th. Anyone else in the same boat? how early should i renew my work permit ? its $495 dollars yikes!!!
Really hoping I wont have to pay for a new medical or work permit. I filed a SR regarding my I485 so we shall see if I get an update.

Has anyone of you got interview notice yet? My PD 06/20/17 and nothing really happens.
Not yet, status still says 'finger print fee received".

How do you speak to a Tier 2 offer, my SR has been assigned to an officer and completed but still no change
I just call the customer service line and ask to speak to tier 2 and the reason is that it's been pending for x many days and I need an update.
-
After 3 Service Requests and 3 phone calls with tier 2 officers. I called today and they just approved my EAD and AP today and told me over the phone. Card has been sent to the printer.
Finally after 124 days!! Online status still says case received.

After 3 Service Requests I finally got a reply today saying 'your case is currently under review'. I'm sure this is just a generic response, so I don't know if it means anything.

Is it through MSC?
I raised a second SR today, online. Hoping things will speed up, though on the USCIS website, they say that they are processing EADs as of May 1st, 2017.
I find it so strange...
I didn't really get any RFE - or any other updates for that matter.
Highly frustrating!
Yes through MSC.
same here, no RFE either. Very annoying.

We raised an SR on Oct 13, 20 days ago, no reply.
It is already day #113 since NOA... I am getting so anxious.
I am still waiting also. I'm on day 118, I have raised 3 separate SRs and spoken to two Tier 2 officers and no one will give me a response 😞

My NOA was July 12 and still haven't received my EAD! We filed an SR last week, around the 90 day mark.
Anyone else in this situation?
My NOA1 is july 6th. I have put in two SRs both deadlines have passed for a reply as of today and no update since "we have received your case". Very frustrating.
-
My EAD has been pending 97 days today, I put in an SR 20 days ago over the phone and no update. The website just let me put in another request and says I'll get a reply in the next 12 days. If anyone else is waiting on an unanswered SR you may be able to put in another one.
-
I was told that I can't submit another service request until 30 days had passed from date of request on Sept 21st. Frustrating not knowing anything.
-
Anyone else's case still say 'case received' ? I have an noa1 of July 6th , 92 days and nothing. AOS still finger print fee received, AP and EAD still case received. I put in a SR 15 days ago, nothing yet.
