Hey, I thought I would update since there aren't many real updates. Got approval notice by text this morning, I-130 approved on 07/25/2017. PD 11/29/2016. On to the NVC, hopefully things are finally freeing up in Nebraska !

Just get it going! Follow the advice on this site to the letter, double and triple check your forms/package and send it in my friend.
You are VERY lucky in that you live in the Texas Service Center region -- its the one place moving along pretty well now. Our case went through in 22 days...Obviously there are no guarantees, and a potential RFE could slow you down, but don't over think this. I believe the average time line for CR1/IR1 visas is something like 5-8 months.

The evidence you gave mentioned in your first post is very good. Don't worry about originals. You are going through a very easy-going embassy in Ireland so no need to over-think this.
If there was a quicker way, we'd all be doing that already. Nobody is enjoying this separation. Why are you thinking she won't get her visa? Does she have an extensive criminal record? Has she used illegal drugs? Has she been deported from the USA before? Those are the kind of things that will prevent her getting a visa.
Relax. Your case is very strong. The sooner you file, the sooner she'll be home with you.
