I'm guessing this isn't a popular topic?

I am US Permanent Resident, just married father of my 2 children. I am filing the I-130. I read the instructions, but still not clear if I need to select #2 for the children or if they are already included with my husband/their father. I understand the children are derivatives and I do not need to file separately.
We were not married at the time of their births, so do I need to select, "Child was born to parents who were not married to each other at time of the child's birth."
the father is listed on the birth certificates.
Thank you!

Yes PD is Dec 2017. Probably 2 years to go.
Hello Delish,
I have a couple questions.
Did you file with just the PSA Marriage Certificate?
Also, did you wait for the passports or file without?
I guess you needed a passport even for the young children?

Hello Delish,
You filed one I130 for your wife and 2 children. I have husband and 2 children. Did you have to pay just the $535 or was it $1605 for the filing fee?

You married after you came over with your Mother I presume.
Yes. After I came here.

it depends on the age of your children
if they are under 21, you can file for your husband and your minor children would come as his derivatives.. the petition takes 2 years, and the children under 21.
so it would be only one i130
Yes they are under 21. Thank you!

Hello,
I am just getting started and would like to check to make sure this is correct.
I want to bring my husband and our 2 children to US. I came here as part of my mother's IR-1 visa. I'm not sure if that matters for anything.
I have looked at the guides and believe I need to file three I-130 forms. Is that correct?
Thank you!

I've heard that, too, but never heard from anyone it has happened to.

Great Thank you sooo much for your help!

Thank you both. Yes I came on an IR-2 as a stepchild. Sorry about that. I get a little confused.
I came here and I was immediately able to work and was issued a green card. Would my husband be able to work right away after waiting for 2 years?

I am a 20-year-old permanent resident. I came here February 2017 as a derivative of my mothers IR-1 visa from the Philippines. I would like to bring my fiance here. We plan to marry Summer 2018.
My stepfather says to check to find the fastest way for my fiance to get a green card, so he doesn't have to sit around doing nothing after he gets here. Can someone help, please?

That's a good question. Have you received an answer?

That's what I was thinking, but I thought I'd play it safe and ask.
Thank you, so much!
