Today marks 150 days since my noa1 and
15 days since my transfer
-
My I 130 case status shows approved on Nov. 30 (166 days from NOA 1 date; 30 days from transfer date) :-)
Congrats!!
-
so i was one of the nebraska transfers to texas.... approved Nov 7 I-797 says transferred to DOS NVC, email update Nov 16 states post decision activity.... sent to DOS... yeah... ok......
well i just called the NVC 30min wait on the phone, got a rep, asked here for the DOS Case # and inv id#. she gave it to me and said to watch my email in a couple weeks for an update...
then when i go to the choose an agent part of the dos website... i get this message:
Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.
what does that mean???????
and when i go to the immigrant visa invoice payment center : my name is listed as petitioner but no fees are associated and says not invoiced.
so is it just too early?
When did you get your transfer notice?
-
I don't think 10 months is correct - did she specifically say they'd be up to 10 months? I'd assume she meant they'd be waiting until the original 5 months had elapsed.
She implied that there's a possibility that could happen and it's dependent on how that service center goes about processing its transfer cases
-
I called USCIS and they said that the processing of transferred cases are all dependent on the center, they said that the center might deal with the cases immediately or they might process the case in their processing margin which is 5 months. So she's saying I could wait 5 months AFTER the date that they received the transfer. I've already waited 5 months at Nebraska....

Have any transfers to Texas been approved as yet?
-
PD June 29th. our case is transffered on Nov 16th from nebraska too, still haven't gotten the hard copy of transfer notice yet.
i tracked cases before us and some 22nd filers are getting approved. hope we will hear something by the end of this month.
happy holiday!
I got my notice earlier this week, around monday
-
Transferred to Texas last week Thursday from Nebraska. Any news for anyone? PD 6/29
P.S happy thanksgiving
-
Any transfers been approved yet?
-
My I-130 was transferred to a new office that has jurisdiction today from NSC.
-
I'm beginning to understand what you guys are saying about the order of cases being processed. Whenever i check cases around June 13 they are moving along extremely slow but whenever i check cases around June 21 cases are getting RFEs and getting accepted in large amounts
-
Today marks 130 days after my noa1, still no update
-
I hopes everything continues on course and doesn't slow down/halt because of rioting and public backlash about the presidential election
-
woke up in the morning and saw the mobile app alert......Approved!! Could not believe my eyes
Its updated in myuscis as well. PD June 21st.
I know many of our fellow vj'ers from June are still pending.I would say hang in there, your approvals are round the corner.
It will come when least expected like me
I am waiting for my hubby to wake up in US (central time zone) to give the breaking news
Amazing! Congrats!!

Every time I see the USCIS app on my phone i get really anxious and queasy
-
6 June here... Nothing yet. Although I got transferred to Texas, which I guess means an extra delay for me. Never thought I'd say this but it seems like those who stayed in Nebraska lucked out.
It's a little too soon to tell but yeah it seems so
-
USCIS actively processing cases with June 8 priority dates (based on what i can tell from the app).
-
Looks like cases from June 14-17 (As far as i can tell) have been transferred to other service centers.
PS. The USCIS app is your best friend!
PD: June 29
-
i've noticed this as well in the app (as far as May 31st) i guess they're just trying to even out the workload so they can meet their 5-7 months processing timeMany May filers are getting transferred. I have read it several times over past week.
Here's one thread I found. Others were in comments and I also noticed this from App updates.
