You can send your documents before the ds260 is done but nvc just won't review it until the ds260 is sent..

I just called nvc and they said that the review date starts the day they received your package.

So my case status says submit documents but those were submitted last week, nvc confirmed that my scan date was April 11, when does my case status change?

Has anyone gotten CC in under 11 weeks? What's the actual average waiting period?

I'm a Jamaican being filed for by my stepparent. I can tell you what the process is like if you'd like. 

I'm finally back in the game after almost 2 months of waiting on tax returns. Scan Date: 04/11. Hope I go through easily without any checklists

Yeah, I don't have my joint sponsor's most recent tax returns. I have 2014

Still haven't sent in my AOS and IV packages yet, wow

After spending 7 months at USCIS and the past month and a half at NVC paying fees, my agent just realized that the tax returns she has were from the 2014 tax year. So now I have to wait on my sponsor to send to send her 2015 tax returns so my agent can submit the AOS and IV packages.

Finished filling out my DS-260 and saved it, i'm not going to submit it until I send the AOS and IV packages.

My wife was able to access IV fee bill half an hour or so ago and paid the fees. All of those receiving "Database error", please try again and update here.
