i WAS WONDERING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION AND HOW YOU GOT things resolved. Im now in the exact same boat 66 days post NOA 2 today and NVC does not have a record of my petition. Im getting the runa round from both USICS aND nvc AS NONONE SEEM TO KNOW WHERE MY PETITION IS.

We are not required to register with the embassy. The embassy will not send any email either. Just show up on your interview date with your P4 letter and the documents listed in it.

Thanks for your kind wishes as always. It has been a very long journey. its been 2 years and 6 weeeks since we started this journey. My interview date is  a month from yours, so another 6+ weeks of waiting. The end is in site.

I see Nigeria in your info. I have been to Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt many a time and continue to do so.
 
 

I think it might matter on your scan date too possibly, though we had our case closed March 13 and received our interview date March 29 for a May 23 interview date. CR1 visa,  So  Almost two months,  which I think believe is also open to how many slots each embassy has. It is completely possible too that it is simply how the stack of folders get put down on someone's desk too! Luck of these draw. Lol

If I call at this time, I will probably wait 1hr before they pick. And considering the call is not free... I think there is an app for free calls, I will check it out. I don't remember the name though.

Thanks, I get that, however, while the screen may be slightly different, major process and timing are pretty much the same for the different visa categories, as far as i know.

Well I think is a good idea to start calling after this screen, mine still shows the AOS part
