Oh, I thought I lost you. Happy Sunday to you. I believe God for the approval and issuance of our NOA2 from USCIS this WEEK. We should start preparing for the next step now.

Any May filer waiting ? 

After waiting over 11 months, I got the text today saying there was a change made to my uscis account. I logged in and found out that my husband got APPROVED! We filed May 29th, 2018. NOA2 May 8th, 2019 🙏🏼👏🏻  
 
I inquired about my case being outside of normal processing time on March 13th and my case got a assigned to an officer for review on March 29th. 
I also contacted my congressman about my case at the beginning of April and I just heard back from my congressman’s office a few days ago about my case. USCIS gave no information out but just days after that I got the APPROVAL 😍

I know the feelings... I am also waiting for Noa2 for my husband. I am trying to be positive all the time. This too shall pass.

Received I-797 in mail today with 4/11 date. Our PD was 5/23.
No e-mail and nothing on the old site. The new site shows case approved 4/12

Received an email this morning from Uscis that they took an action on my pettition... and it was approved yesterday!!!! Mt PD is May 4th 2018...hopefully you guys are NEXT!!!!!

My login doesn't even show a date on the new website..it just says case received. Your paper receipt is the accurate date.

Absolutely agree! Immigration brings in HUGE revenue and very small amount seems to be going back into the immigration system. I am 100% all for secure boarders and a safe America, but they have to make the immigration process acceptable also and 12+ months sure as hell isn't acceptable in my opinion. Especially when I can't bring them here to visit while waiting. Having been to a few other countries and seeing what she has gone through living and working in 2 other countries has shown me how bad our system is. She has worked in Hong Kong and is currently working in Singapore and both took 2 months or less to get her in. Singapore has to be nearly half immigrants and they have little to no illeagal immigrant issues. Yes, they are MUCH smaller that the U.S., but they have their system like a well oiled machine compared to ours. 

Well my priority date was May 18 so yours is coming!!! I’m happy for you all. I know waiting is hell. Good luck!!

Only God knows because I'm sure everyone here knows the uscis page for Nebraska is just an automated update change thing. This is so ridiculous.

We urge other May filers who are yet to hear from the NSC,  to update or communicate with the rest of us here, as soon as you receive your NOA2. One of us (blue_angel_29) has received the NOA2. So that's 1 down, 7 or 8 more of us to go. 

Goodmorning May filers, 
I just want to encourage everyone including myself, that's waiting for their Notice of Approval from the NSC. I want to urge us not be discouraged or be despaired. I also want us to know that with each day that passes by, we are getting closer to the day when we will all receive our NOA2 and ultimately be with our husbands/wives. Seems like we have 3 more people who are still waiting to hear from the NSC. So that makes us 8 now. So Hardiv, May16 and Emgee, kindly communicate with us here as soon as you receive your NOA2.
