My fiancee came home with me on the 11th and is now exploring America with me It's a lot of fun and she is finding America more pleasant than she thought she would.

I hate to say it, but I think there will end up being some significant immigration reform. Not only did Trump win the Presidency, but there is now a Republican controlled House, Senate, and Executive Branch. American sentiment towards Muslims is not terribly good right now. I think a big reason Trump won, was the pandering to the hysterical masses.

Received the mailed NOA2 letter today!I-129f mailed Sept 1. Onward to the waiting time at NVC process.Hope this is a lot shorter than the approval waiting period!?Good luck to everyone in this venture!

I checked online and saw our case was approved on October 14, 2016. So happy right now. NOA1 received on September 13, 2016.
Next step to wait for the hardcopy NOA2 via mail and wait out the time before its appropriate to check with NVC.
