My I-129 was approved on 4/11/2007

seraj, the difference is ur I129F went to VSC and all our (people mainly in this thread)files went to CSC

a friend had the same prob..this is what he did-- he went to india, got married in simple civil ceremony, got all the req'd docs, pics, proofs, came back and took the K3 route..

they still plan to have a grand custom marriage/reception in india later on..

yep, i have been following all our timelines closely

was jus talking to a friend..total no of 200,000 H1B cases(foreign highly skilled labour permits) were recieved by CSC n VSC..does this have any impact on our K3 processing? or in a straight way shall there be a dedicated staff for K3 processing?

my timeline says this Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as March 28, 2007*.

does it mean, me getting a NOA2??

I heard that last week was when the NOA 2 was sent out for January filers from the CSC
