10 year Green Card received today 😀

Just one question: how did we meet? 
 
They checked our documents. we gave them couple of updated documents and photos and we're good. 

Interview completed on Sept 19th and got the approval on the spot.

When did your window open?
 
My package got delivered on April 22nd and window starts on April 27th. I still haven't received or heard anything from them.

No notice of package yet!
 
For those that got their package returned for early filing, how soon did you receive your paperwork back in the mail?

I included the below:
Copy of green card Copy of our marriage certificate. Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen family & friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage. Copy of the tax statement / transcript for 2016 and 2017 A partial copy of our 2018 joint US tax return. Copy of our W2. Copy of our lease agreement. Copy of our driving license showing our current address. Summary of my life insurance policies (USA & India) showing my wife as beneficiary. Copy of car insurance policy. Copy of our bank statement showing a joint account. Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy. Photos of our vacations / activities taken over two years I filed 5 days early. I haven't received any letter from them. I received the photo album back saying they are returning it back as it's a format they can't place in my file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process.

IV fees appeared to be paid this morning and just submitted DS-260. I'm sending AOS and IV packages in two hours and the waiting game starts.

Here's what I think I'm going to do. 
 
I'm going to ask my wife to find her all vaccinations documents. If she doesn't have any then I'll tell her to get the blood test done and take that test report to her medical examination. Am I on a right track?

It is always nice if we could be of any help to others. This forum has been a great platform for everybody who are in the same situation as we are. Few of us have hung around and tried to help as much as we could. I began this journey when my case was already at USCIS. The more I explored - it has been helpful.
I started following @Tanish and he was of great help. He would try his best to answer my questions. Then we had our VJ hero @JBMG. Not just me but to many of us here, he has made this journey easy. Many interactions with - @PP_2016, @amistry18, @MLK2016 @Raag (sorry if I have missed naming somebody  ) has helped me.Their reviews have been very helpful.
 
It is important for us to understand that we have better understanding of the process now, than what we understood when we all began. Most of us are doing this without attorneys. We should all also understand that we would not be where we are without this information. Albeit the fact that, you always would need to asses if the information is right. We need to give back to the forum as much as we all can. I have noticed that it does not always happen. 

My status says " Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery." They are sending it from Mumbai to Surat. Anybody from India knows how long it takes them to deliver the passport?
