Got a notification the other day, interview scheduled JAN 26, 2021. Filed DEC 26, 2019.

Congratulations your interview/oath went so smooth. Quick question do they give you multiple choice for the answers like the practice questions or do you need to know the answers from you memory, please?

I have received my interview date on Tuesday. Filed on -Dec-26-2019 from San Bernardino, CA and Interview is on Jan-25-2021.

Something great finally happened to my 2020. My USCIS journey is now over! I'm a brand new US Citizen! Good luck to all those who are still waiting in limbo.

We still have not figured out why the estimates were removed. Could it be the coronavirus? They shut down the USCIS office in Washington state, apparently. That's where a lot of cases occurred. In Florida, 2 people died. Could they be freezing all case processing if the pandemic gets worse? Would oath ceremonies be postponed indefinitely? This is turning into some of my worst fears.

Interesting response. Do you think it means they already decided to approve? Maybe they just don't want to pass your case in front of the others that were submitted before.
February 2020 sounds right to me, considering the extension letter gives us 18 months. I'm curious, what date were you expecting to have it approved?
Your Service Center is Nebraska, right? If you check the processing times for I-751 you will see it is between 15.5 to 23.5 months (check here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/).
We all have to be patient....
On the other hand, for the ones that married a US Citizen, we will be able to apply for citizenship even before we have the I-751 approved, when we complete 3 years of the 1st GC. 

Well they no send biometrics app in these days u can call n ask for biometric letter didn't get yet so they will open e-inquiry n will get back in 30days , so during that's time u will receive email with SUBJECT (in short story long😎😆) we will use your old fingerprint n background checks if we need more information so we will inform you ,

I just wanted to share my experience calling the USCIS with everyone. I called to check what happens if I get my biometrics letter while traveling.
She confirmed that you can call and reschedule if you are outside of the country. Now I feel more confident scheduling my flight.
She did also submit a request on my behalf for none-delivery of the biometrics letter and said that I should hear something back within 30 days.
I hope the government shutdown does not affect the process of reentering the US.

Hi, I think you should book the ticket to visit your family. If you get the bio appointment for those days you can always change the appointment. They know people has their own lives and traveling abroad to visit our families is an understanding to everybody even USCIS.

Hello everyone, I finally got my passport stamped today, I got a 12months stamp and my GC was taken

My personal opinion:
These processing times don't really matter. They don't change applicants rights compare to those who have the actual green Card. Some have extension letters or stamped and other have 10 years green card. But everybody gets the same rights and obligations.
 
Plus, these processing times don't stop applicants to file for naturalization when they meet their early filing requirements. Which is a positive booster to adjudicate the i751 in a combo interview. 
Most i751 applicants end up their immigration journey becoming US citizens, instead of just getting the 10 years green card. 
 
So I think,  no matter how long these processing times are going to be, becoming a US citizen should be most applicants final goal, instead of just hoping to get a 10 years green card first. That's just my opinion.

We did an inquiry online for non-delivery. We just wanted them to look into our file and reassure us that we didn't miss any biometric appointment cos we never received a notice. 
 
It's known that not all applicants have a biometric appointment for the i751 proccess. So, now we'll let the process go and move on with our life til we apply for naturalization.

Update: WAC California center,  file received on 10/31. we inquired about a BIOMETRIC appointment and this what the uscis responded to us: 
 
"Thank you for your inquiry regarding an appointment to have your biometric images processed at an Application Support Center (ASC). We are unfortunately experiencing a longer processing period than what is reflected on your Form I-751 Receipt Notice.  Be advised that USCIS may be able to reuse the previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics for some applicants and have their biometrics copied into our systems.  In addition, USCIS can run the same security checks and use the same biometric data as in the past and may not need to schedule an additional biometrics appointment.  However, if a biometric appointment is necessary, USCIS will schedule your appointment electronically and mail the appointment notice to your current mailing address. The biometrics fee will not be refunded".
 
So, just waiting for spring 2019 to apply for naturalization.

Hi everyone! I'm about to be an October filer, representing sunny Greece in this thread   Btw, I got a mod to merge our two duplicatory threads. Actually, I was an August filer but turning into an October filer because we accidentally swapped a page of the application that had my signature with a blank one 🙈, so after a month+ of waiting, we got the package returned to us with a rejection notice asking us to refile with the signature inside 😅. So we're resending our bonafides package this week! (it's quite a tome too; we've been married 2 years but we've been together for 17!).

Timeline 
mailed october 12 to phoenix 
received October 15 

October 2018 filer here as well. Sent our package today 10/11/2018. California based. Mailed to USCIS Phoenix.

I just realized that the e-notification form was suppossed to be placed as the front page of the application. I, however, placed it after our cover letter and payment... Do you think I would still get e-notifications or would they just immediately assume that I did not request for e-notifications?
