Fingerprint review was completed on July 2nd
No updates on the old site.

Same here... When I first checked, it was completed on 7/1 then when I checked again later it was 7/2 LOL.

Yes I do. I filed my 751 case at September 2018. The status in https://my.uscis.gov never changed. I also checked other 751 filers' status over there, no update either.
Do you want to fill your timeline in the google sheet then we can share the information?
Thanks!
Already did and my info there is up-to-date

Have you guys tried the new site? https://my.uscis.gov
I kept checking the other site and it never updated. Thanks to another VJ member I was made aware of the new site and my status updated there.

My status just changed to Fingerprint Review Was Completed as of JULY 1, however only on the new website.
Old website still shows fingerprint fee was received.
Same.
Thanks for mentioning the new website. I never knew what old and new websites people were referring to

Still Fingerprint Fee Was Received as of just now. I wonder if it depends on each field office...

Personally don't feel you should be able to ROC on a 1-6 month old marriage unless you've been abused. This just sounds like a bad match.
That I can see.

Or should be more strict. For instance in Canada if you're married less than 2 years when you immigrate, and are no longer living together in marital union after 2 years (or don't have kid) then you are denied PR status and must return home. They eliminated the divorce waiver aspect.
That would be really hard, and I hope that will never be the case for US. Not sure if the marriage law is different in Canada. I'm in the middle of a divorce (no fault State), and there's literally nothing I can do to save the marriage although I still want to be with my husband... If that is the case in the US, I would be devastated losing my loved one, *and* having to leave the country where I've established a career and life..
And.. Yep, 97.2% is pretty good. I think Q1 or 20418 Q4 was around 95%.

October 2018 ROC applicant, Nebraska Service Center. Filed jointly but am in the process of a divorce which should be finalized by the end of July 2019. Will submit a package to switch to the divorce waiver after the divorce is finalized. Will update here also. Newest update: just did my bio appointment today.

Nebraska Service Center applicant. Did my bio appt this morning. Arrived 30 minutes earlier and didn't wait until the scheduled time. In and out pretty quickly. Took my picture and got my fingerprints in the system. Good luck everyone!

We received an email but never received any letter so I wonder if something went wrong
I actually don't remember getting a mail about my address update. I could be wrong.
Either way it doesn't hurt to call, ask them if they've sent you a letter, the rep might have the information that hasn't shown on the website yet. Good luck!

Bio appt also. Scheduled on 7/1.

I got one of those in my mail tracker too...unfortunately my mail doesn't arrive until 5pm. Ugh it's going to be a long day lol. I agree probably biometrics but I was already sent for new last December. My account still says Fingerprint Fee received 5th Oct. I'm really happy to see movement though. 🙂
I totally forgot about this! Just because I see it in my tracker doesn't mean it's in my mailbox now.. My mail usually arrives in the afternoon too. Thank you for posting otherwise I'd go home in vain

YES! it's probably the bio letter, as that would be the next step before they process anything, right?
Yes! I was thinking the same thing, probably the bio letter. I'm still so excited though that I want to run home during lunch break to find out...

Informed delivery shows I have got mail coming from Nebraska Service Center. I am dying to know what it is.
No online updates, whatsoever.
One interesting thing, if you look on the bottom right side you can see the zip code where the mail is shipped from and the zip is 40701, which is Corbin, KY.
That's weird.
Knowing that we have similar timelines, I checked my informed delivery and saw the same thing!! So excited to know what it is! No matter what, at least this is something!! We haven't been forgotten..

Come on LIN. Hopefully they picked up and by the end of the month will have some updates, if not next month for sure.
Mine (LIN) is still "fingerprint fee was received"... 230 days and counting. ..

Thank you so much for your response! Did you change your address for USCIS when you guys got separated? Wonder if that makes USCIS suspicious in any way. Will you be switching to waiver once divorce is finalized?
I wish you best of the luck! Unfortunately, it seems like quite a wait for October filers, I am “lucky” enough to be processed by Nebraska. Hopefully you are getting processed by a more efficient office!
I didn't change my address because my husband was the one who moved out, very suddenly... I'm in the middle of selling the house though and will update USCIS my address when I move to my new place. Thankfully in my case the divorce should be finalized before I move, and I am planning to submit a package to USCIS with my divorce decree to change it to divorce waiver.
Also, my case is assigned to Nebraska too! LOL. Good luck to us!!
-
So sorry you're going through this. I'm sure it is rough.
I filed in October 2018, and since then have separated too. I'm in the middle of a divorce and it will be finalized by end of July if everything goes smoothly.
Since you're asking about notifying USCIS, I am guessing that you want to switch to waiver eventually? Personally I don't think you need to notify USCIS right now. If they get notification, they will probably send you a RFE and you won't have the decree ready. Other people please correct me if I'm incorrect - it won't be too late to change to divorce waiver at the interview, and that will buy you more time to have the decree.

Why the focus on Social Media?
I don't think it weighs as much as other evidence, but thought I'd keep as many documents as I could, just in case. I might be over worrying because now I'm switching to a divorce waiver.

You can download every picture and every conversation you ever had on Facebook. I think you can do it via mobile and on desktop. It will send you an email when the zip file is ready for download. Download it.
Great idea, didn't know about that function, thanks!

Thank you I’m advance!!
ROC was filed jointly October 2018. Divorce was field in April 2019 and will be finalized in July 2019. Will switch to waiver after receiving the decree.
As the title suggested, I want to unfriend my soon-to-be-ex-husband on Facebook and other social media because it’s been so unpleasant during this process. I also don’t want to keep his last name anymore, even though we are still legally married. I would like to start by changing it back on social media. Will that be a red flag? Should I take some screenshots of the “evidence” before I do so? We have out-of-country travel pictures along with family pictures. I know generally evidence via social media isn’t deemed very strong but since I’ll be switching to a divorce waiver, I’d like to “beef up” my application as much as I can.
