  1. No they do not do it for everyone. Not sure what their criteria is.
  2. Yes you are correct I got the same double bio reuse status too when my 751 was transferred!
  3. You will see it in your online account and if you use a tracking app you'll get a report there, and also you'll get a hard copy NOA in the mail.
  4. I think that status is another word for computers are down or glitch!
  5. Does not matter only your interview will be conducted at your local office.
  6. After your 2 yr GC which is conditional you must file a Removal of Conditions ROC which is a 10 year GC. You must file a ROC or you will be out of status. ROC is much more involved than the AOS so start gathering your documents throughout the two years. FYI visit my January 2022 I-751 Filers and you'll get an idea what you are in for in two years from now. Also it's very the filing fee is going out soon, but nothing you can do about that.
  7. You won't get an EAD just the GC that's all you need! Congratulations. See you in two years. Remember get a shoe box and save all documents from approval date of your AOS until you file your ROC in two years.
  8. Where did they move it or have you got the transfer notice hard copy yet?
  9. Yes this happens quite often, and quite often it's nothing. Wait awhile until it catches up with the system. If you don't have anything in a few days it was nothing. Just a glitch in the system.
  10. Yeah it does not make the wait any less short. We filed ours a full day after we became eligible so wait a full 24 hours minimum before you file. I know you are antsee I was too to get it out of the way, but waiting is the safe thing to do.
  11. Are you taking that preliminary test inside your account during the application for the N400 or outside on the USCIS Website? If outside answer that same question and answer inside your account. Otherwise it may be to close in your date. I'm thinking it's to close!
  12. Some get reuse notices some get biometrics appointments. Nobody knows USCIS's rhythm, but normal yes!
  13. Has anyone else that has an active I-751 had a transfer of either their N-400 or their I-751 to a different location?
