Yes I have my case was complete on April 25th. Yet I am still waiting for my husband an I interview. BTW are embassy is in ghana.

Processing is taking longer it took my case almost three weeks to get to NVC. I just called every week to see if they my case. It took almost the same amount of time just to get our case number. They are back logged at this point I would just keep calling.

I think it depends on what you think is best. I didn’t send in my chats from USCIS I just sent in my picture from my recent trip. My husband an I thought it would best to don’t the side loading at the interview. Best of luck to you. We are now past the NVC stage waiting on our interview

My cc was April 27 same as yours I was going to call on Friday to see if they scheduled it. But I know if they give you your date over the phone you still have to wait for your letter. Try giving them a call. Have a good day

When I was on the NVC phase it took 5 weeks for me to get my case number an Invoice number I called once a week.
It depends they are saying it could take up to 8 weeks to get your case number

In my husbands country everything is in English but in other countries yes if it’s in a different language

The process isn't hard I just made ure I looked at everything numerous times before sending it.

They did ask for passport pics but he does have to have them done for the interview

I sent them 15 pics from my recent trip that I had gone on after I filed. We decided to buy a photo album an have him take the pics from my first trip, the pics from the wedding an then third trip all in one

Good afternoon be members. Last week ties I just got my case number an IIN number. I believe it’s just a hit a miss type of situation. NVC scanned my application in on the 20th of February so every week after that I called them. An I was told they have up to 8 weeks to give a case number. It use to be two weeks. So I called once a week. An I finally got mines at the five week mark. Stay stealth an hopefully u will get your case number soon. Have a beautiful day

ZOE O I am a July filer my case was approved on FEB 1 NVC SD was FEB 20 I called NVC last night an got my case number it took 5weeks for me

if you can't be there to register then your ghananian husband can do it for you. My husband registered for both of us in 01/03/17 the AMA told him he needed a letter from me since I was in the states at the time an a copy of my passport.. the marriage certificate yes you have to be there to sign but to register no you don't unless things have changed in the last year. We have been married for a year now

My husband an was planning to get married in march so registered an had to wait 21 days but since I was there I had to send a letter explain that I was allowing him to register for me with a copy of my passport

Good morning on the I-130 form it ask about the beneficiary employment. On line 51a do I put unemployed or self employed because he is self employed but will they ask for proof because in Ghana records of self employment is not kept very well thanks any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm the us citizen I'm employed but on the application it ask for his employment for the beneficiary he's self employed so should I put self employed or should I put unemployed because we know a lot of people have businesses in Ghana but a lot of them don't have records an I don't want to get an RFE

I believe When you got your case number from NVC you should have a IIN number which will allow you pay your fees.
