My wife filed for her naturalization in July 2017 and still waiting for interview date. Her document was sent to Nebraska Service Center, please is anyone in the same service center and how fast is it?

After i130 is approved, you will receive your NOA 2 and you will have to submit Your affidavit of support and apply for your immigrant visa and wait until you called for interview at your embassy

There is every likelihood that he will be denied. I was advised to apply for b1/b2 too after wedding even before my wife file my cr1, even though am a lecturer in a university in Nigeria which I see as a strong ties and also have other ties too yet the CO still deny me. It was very painful, I had to go and wait and do my filing and am still waiting. So I will advise your husband to wait and gather more evidence for his cr1. I wish you and your spouse best of luck in your endeavors

Yes you can apply as an LPR and upgrade it when you get your citizenship. My wife also apply for me as an LPR while she wait for her citizenship, though the waiting time is really tiring.

Wow thanks Pushbrk that's sounds good and a comforting news. I will just keep praying she gets her interview date soon while I keep myself busy at work and doing some programs. I am only worried because we need to start making babies but she intend visiting Nigeria in April, hope it will not affect her application.

My LPR wife, though she have applied for her citizenship in July 2017 and still expecting her interview date, filed green card through consular processing on December 29, 2017. When is it likely that I can get approval for i130 and interview date later.

Because my LPR wife in Dallas, Texas filed mine for me in December 2017, and got my receipt sent to me on 29th December 2017. and presently in Nigeria.

Congrat Mozak on the approval of your I130, but on the average how long does it take to get the approval of I130 filed by a US LPR.

My wife in Dallas, Texas filed for her citizenship on 14th July, 2017 after spending 5 years as an LPR. She has been called for biometrics already.
But up till now she has not been invited for interviewed. Is there anyone in the same location or situation or had had similar experience can share how longer more we have to wait for her to be called for interview.

Am not in the US, am in Nigeria and she is in US so I don't think AOS will be appropriate for me. Am an alien spouse so I think I130 will be more appropriate
For my wife she is on green card so she can travel but how long can she stay?

My wife in the US have applied for her citizenship since June 2017 and she have also filed for me too as her spouse in December 2017 for my permanent residence on her green card since she still awaits her citizenship. She has been called for biometrics but.
1. How long will it for her to be called for interview and will also get her citizenship?
2. What is the timeline for my own application for green card as her spouse?
3. As she awaits her citizenship interview can she travel out of US?
