whats the number for USCI? Is it possible to call them from Norway and ask them about the status?

No American embassy in Norway are not processing immigrant type visa.

I just kinda wondering would it be possible to have a skypee interview? My NOA2 has just approved on 6th of July and I think I might have a interview at Stockholm embassy in 2 to 3 months from now on. I am currently residing in Norway as a student and my current visa expires on 31st of August, 2016. I have already applied for extension here in Norway so i cant relocate to other countries untill my extension get approved. The question is what if I get a interview date after 31st of August, 2016 and my norwegian visa is still in process? How am I going to attend? Any suggestion or idea would be appreciatable.

Its been a more than 2 months I havent recieve anytthing from USCI? I got confirmation about NOA1 on 29th April, 2016. so my question should I just wait or is there anyway I could contact them?

My fiance in US has filed a case for me on 29th April, 2016 at CVC and we got NOA1 on 03rd of May, 2016 and since then we havent heard anything from USCI yet? Just wondering how long does it take to get K1 visa from now on?
