But i dont have I-94 form. The original birth certificate is already with CBP in sealed pakage so I just only have photocopy of birth certificate.

Right now i just only have passport with k1 visa on it and copy of my birth certificate

How can I get SSN number? I havent got married yet?We are planning to get marry at the end of this month

But in my case I didnt get any SSN neither do I have approval of AOS or others. As I said, I moved last week so I really dont have any US sort of documents.

Also, I tried to contact DMV but in vain:(

I just moved to US few days ago on K1 visa and I just want to inquire about the Driving license? Am I allow to apply for driving license? I know I need to apply for Adjustment of status and work permit which will take three to 4 months. Is it also applies for driving license? Can I apply for it prior to my approval of adjustment of status?

First of all I would like to thanks VJ member for their support and help that made it easy for me to get K1 visa. I would like to once again extend my gratitude to all of the VJ member.

Yesterday I got K1 visa but there is some documents that I didnt get it like my original birth certificate, police certificate etc. Is it in the sealed package which I will get at port of entry (US) from Immigration officer? Or should i contact embassy to inquire about that?

did you have the same experience like me? I mean with passport tracker and no updates on profile page?

I had a k1 interview at 11th August, 2016 at US embassy, Stockholm. I checked my K1 status yestarday and it changes from AP to Issued but when I check my passport number on website to track it, It says that passport number you are entering is not found. Also, I cant see any new updates on my username profile at US Embassy, Stockholm page.

Does anyone experienced that?What do you think how long will it take to get my passport?

I also checked the status on CEAS and it says that It is Issued but there is no information about my visa updates on my user profile and passport tracker at US Embassy Stockholm website.

They have received my documents and now when I checked my status on CEAC, it changes from Ádministrative Processing` to ´Ready´ for interview. I already had a interview.I dont know whats going on with them? Is it some error or what?

Also I cant track my passport on their website and its show the passport no that you are entering is not found.

Did someone experience that?

It wasnt denial nor approval. Good news is that they took my passport.Yeah I did send them all required documents so lets hope for the best.

How long do you think for visa processing?

I had a K1 visa interview at US Embassy, Stockholm on 11th of August, 2016. I made an early appointment for interview eventhough I didnt have medical report and some other documents like Affidavit of Support.

The interview went well and CO took my passport and other original documents but gave me the letter stating that the CO is unable to issue a visa because you have been found ineligible due to 221(g)

Ineligible because of three reasons:

1. Please have the petitioner provide the original signed I-134

2. Please have the petitioner provide the copy of her recent pay stub

3.We have not yet recieved the results of your immigration medical examination.

Once the above items are provided, we will review your case.If all documents are in order, your visa pakage will be issued.

My question is that, Did someone have had that experience? is that a denial or what?I checked on CEAC website, it says on AP. If yes, how long will it take to issue a visa?

The required documents has already been sent there.

Just wondering once we get checklist for K1 from consulate do we have to send them by post or scanned it and send it to them by email?

My case has been received by US embassy stockholm 2 days ago. I am waiting for further instruction from them.

Hell VJ members especially from Norway. I am having a problem in scheduling K1 visa interview at US Embassy, Stockholm. I already have a profile at US embassy in Norway when I applied for B1/B2 visa back in 2014 and it is still active. Yesterday, when I applied for scheduling K1 interview at US embassy in Stockholm, that profile pops up and it didnt proceed and instead redirecting me to US embassy ,Oslo which are not dealing with immigrant visa so I got stuck and frustrated:(

I then decided to made a new username at US Embassy, Stockholm but when I fed info about my passport and other, the message pops up that the information you provided is already there. I dont know what to do?How can I schedule interview for k1 visa at US embassy, Stockholm? Did somebody from Norway experienced that? Any help would be greatful thanks:)

Yesterday I got my case number from NVC and they told me that they will forward my case to US embassy Stockholm within a week or so.

My questions are,

1. I didnt made an appointment for medical to do blood test and all vaccination, Should I do it right now or wait for the email from Embassy?

2. I filled up DS-160 application form but did not submit it yet so Should I submit it right now or wait for the email from Embassy?

I feel sorry for you and completely understand your frustration:( I guess it depends from which country you are?Unfortunately that might be the case.Hopefully, it work out for you this week.My best wishes are with you dear.

Just called NVC to check whther they have received my case or not. but so far they havent:(

there working on may filers now , july filers wont get noa2 till end of august early september

Dear I have seen people who got NOA2 at the end of June got their case number. Its probably varies with location and case as well!

Dear all,

The NVC emailed me back giving me the case number and has informed me that they have sent it out to my consulate on 19 July 2016 (NOA2 June 14) so it took over a month. I'm so happy. We have never successfully got through to them by phone call but they are responsive with emails although it takes a couple of days to reply (2-3 days).

what is the email address? Probably I need to contact them as well
