We probably have to send the form for I-90. But on the directions page, it clearly states " You should not submit this form if you are a conditional resident and your status is expiring.:"I guess we can manage without it..But you are taking a chance with being called for an interview..You probably would need your greencard then/.

I too have lost my conditional green card...We are looking inside our apartment, and we cant find it. Filing for the I-90 may or may not get the card intime for the biometrics. What forms of ID is needed for the Biometrics??I still have my passport in my maiden name and drivers license.

My wife has recently gotten her green card in the mail. Today she went to Texas DMV and gotten her learners permit. She would not be getting actual card, but paper showing she learning to drive. If we were to take a trip within the us, what can she use as her ID?? Can she use her Green card??

I have a question. I got my approval notice for my greencard application. i have not received the actual card. can i take that with me to the DMV for learner's permit??

We tried that, showing the AOS approval letter! They said "Maam, you need to wait for the actual Green card". So we waited a week, the card arrived and we went back. She was then able to get her Texas ID card.

It does not make sense to do that. You would think that the AOS approval letter is all it need. crazy.

You can officially take my name off your list. I got an email today, that the card is into production. My question for you, is should I now accept a job offer, to work. and the show them the letter to prove my eligibility to work/??

It took five months to get Claudeth's green card without an interview so you should be getting close to some sort of action whether it is issuance of the card or scheduling of the interview. Good luck

my case was transferred to CSC. I talked to someone who happens to be from there, and was told that everything is good.

I do not know what is going on. I just talked with USCIS officer on the phone. I was told that that the FBI procedure is already over. If that is the case, what is holding it from being accepted?? She is getting bored at home, and would like to get a greencard soon, so that she can get her drivers' license. as well as start working. Everything she wants to do hinges on this green card...

We got an update today. Our case went back to pending. So it's been from transferred to CSC to pending to transferred to CSC to pending. I'm totally lost.

But I did find this interesting:

"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office."

Does it normally say that? I can't remember what the original pending notice said. Hopefully it means they're almost done!

I mailed my RFE last week. How long after does it take for it to enter into the computer, and start the process again??

Total waste of time and energy. We are at the mercy of morons.

I checked my status online. ...saw that i am getting another RFE. I do not understand what they can send this time....I think it is Medical..we will see after it arrives...Or it maybe the Immunizations.

Even though we submitted the AOS application , is it too late to submit the EAD??? My wife's visa and i-94 are all expired.

It is definitely frustrating especially playing this waiting game. My application got transferred to California. With its reputation of rapid approval, they are taking forever. Maybe these name checks are going more through especially with all of the incidents that happened in London. I even thought about seeing what the criteria for expediting. I am definitely hoping my wife gets her greencard soon. Should i get an Infopass appointment?? It is really frustrating for her, because she is stuck at home, unable to drive, nor unable to work. All of that is dependent upon her greencard...It is a vicious cycle.

I cant work , cant drive.... I just got a letter from DMV today said that they can not issue my driver lincense or even intruction permit because I dont have greencard ,expired I-94 is useless.

I should have applied for EAD ,dont know it's gonna take this *** long....

I got touched daily for the last two days. it has been a long time since i was touched. I am really hoping to hear about a approval soon. I am afraid. could it that they are still screening the FBI stuff??

I officially filed in February but my NOA1 came in March. Anyways for me there have been no RFE’s, no touches, no transfers, no nothing since the day after my bio appointment back in March… sigh

i have sent my application back in march 3rd...Got my NOA in March 14th. haD biometrics on April 5th. Few touches here and there. Not touched since May 30th. Transferred back in first part of May.

I received a phone call today - i was not sure who it was from, all it said on the caller i.d was FLORIDA. I answered and a message said "please hold whilst we connect you to an agent" i hung up cause i thought it was someone trying to sell something.

I filed through Dora in Dallas back in May, had bio in June....now waiting.

I did not get any automated messages. The call was from a local number. When I picked up, the lady asked to speak to me, and when I introduced myself, she did the same and told me that she was from the immigration services, that my case has been approved, and that I don't need to come to my appointment to apply for EAD/AP.

There is no DORA in san antonio
