    Had some issues with the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017.. Tried to get it automated.. But this made sorting impossible... So I had to revert back to the old version before those updates occurred. But when I did this, I lost all the new entries from the last week.. SO i had to resubmit the questionnaires data into a new spreadsheet to retrieve all last weeks new entries.. But when I did this, I lost all of my manual updates I've made over the past few months...  Please update your questionnaires with your latest status, this way it will update the spreadsheet. :)

I called NVC a couple of weeks ago and they said they received the package on June 26. The officer said NVC is taking up to 11 weeks to review cases.     If everyone could do email filing there would be no documents to say something is missing or never sent smh

    You haven't sent your pcc to them yet?

    well i finally got an updated one on wed so it was mailed to them today yes for things like this there should be electronic processing this is crazy

    so true i dont understand if its just one piece of  document ppl are missing why do we have to suffer and wait another 11 weeks... i just think the system for married ppl is rediculous anyone can just get proposed and say they getting married and the k1 is so musch easier smh........

    I imagine you explained all this on your ds 260 paperwork that you already had a visa before, etc? From what i've read online, when responding to their questions, reply with honesty. I imagine if this happened to you, probably happened to others.

    update i got a checklist this morning at 2 45 am stating that i need a certificate of character which needs to be mailed in so i guess i am gonna have to wait yet again because nvc say they dont have my pc which i am 100 % sure they do ..... and i can bring a copy of hisw2 to the interview whenever that will ever be.... spoke to a supervisor octavio who said he will request the case but still wait time is 6 wek so just gonna send in an updated pc and the w2 which i know for a fact that was sent in after waiting months to get it ..........smh its such a sad state that familes are being kept apart in mordern ages of email smh................... that snail mail and review time takes so long smh

    Poor thing.. This is really frustrating.. Did your lawyer give you a copy of everything he sent in? Not to doubt what your lawyer is saying but to verify if he/she wrote your case number on every copy sent in? This is VERY important as the NVC loses documents all the time.. 

     

    Can you share your experience on the following forum.. Hopefully this will help others from your country.. I'm so sorry this is happening to you.. NVC doesn't sound like they're helping you at alll.. Between you and your lawyer, you'll get to the root of this.. 

     

     

     

     

     

    actually my lawyer did he has an actual copy of the packet with case number written on all documents ..... my husband made it his piority to take a day off yesterday to go verify with the lawyer this is crazy...... firstt  they said they needed fingerprints after i corrected them on the nvc site requirements they say they need the pc now they say they dont have it...... the rep i spoke to mandy said she was gonna bring it to the attention of her supervisor last night.... because even if it expires while they have it i can bring it to the interview ..... smh this is ####### ppl wait weeks and pay so much money to the nvc and then they dont even take care of your docs, further more you have to wait weeks again for chcklist stuff why not have direct email for instances like these linked to the ppl that reviewed your case?? smh

    were you able to speak to a supervisor?  i didn't get a nice rep, she pretty much said there is nothing I can do except sending it in. the supervisor will say the same thing so don't bother trying again.

     

    so frustrated.

    actually i poke to 2 reps who sent ingueries to the supervisors who are supposed to call me back lets see if they do
