    Hello everyone and thank you in advance for taking the time to help me with my questions. I would like to know if i need to send the original documents for the beneficiary birth certificate, marriage and divorce certificate as well for the K1 visa application. Also I would like to know if i need to disclose that my fiance has a son but he isn't bringing him to U.S because his son will stay with his mom in Russia. this still a K1 visa right? sorry for the many questions. thank you so much to everyone.
