    I have a question regarding the I 551 Stamp. my friend is coming on approved i130 visa next month,  and he has to go back to finish work stuff in his origin country,  can he get the stamp at the airport? and which POE has the stamp.

    We applied for I-751 on June 2019 , we got a RFE on May 2020 , we sent our Response on June 24th 2020 , we also mailed the N-400 few days later.

    I751 Was Approved on 07/22

    We Received N400 NOA on 07/26and it was dated back to 07/02

    Same here too ..

    Did your online account show estimated case time?

    Mine is still showing it will take 48 hours

    I still didn't get the paper NOA , I only have the case number from the text message they sent. First day I checked my case status it was showing they received my form on July 9th , the next day I only see this message ((

    Validation Error(s)
    You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

    • User-Defined Error

    Anyone has the same problem?

    Thanks a lot. I still havent received anything and still waiting...

    I sent my package on June 30th

    Via USPS priority mail,  the tracking says it was delivered on July 2nd. I got a text message with the case number on July 14th, and the case status shows  (( on July 9th we received your form n400)) 

    On the 15th my check was cashed.

    Same here, mine was sent to Chicago,  I finally received a text message from them with my case number,  and they cashed my check 2 weeks later from the day they received it. I still waiting for the NOA to be mailed to me

    It depends on what they asked for..If they said send Transcript or IRS documents including 1040 w2 and schedules like mine.

    I don't know what else they could possibly require. I am at loss and scared.

    I had RFE too last month, and I sent my response 2 weeks ago. They specifically requested the whole tax return 1040 , W2s, federal ,state , and exhibits .. did they ask ab6the transcripts only? We sent the new 2019 one , in addition to affidavit from third party

    Hello everybody,  I am preparing for my N400 application,  based on marriage. is it better to file online or filing paper forms? I also need help with the cover letter,  my I751 is still pending. sent RFE documents last week and waiting for a response. 

    I have the check of $725 payable to us department of homeland security. 

    Photocopy of my green card. 

    Photocopy of my wife's birth certificate and passport .

    Our marriage certificate. 

    Our Daughter's birth certificate. 

    Form N 400 

    E notification form.

    2 passport photos. 

    Our 2018_2019 tax return filing jointly.  We didn't have enough income on 2017 and I received my GC on September 2017. How can I explain that.?

    I had the same issue,  I am also a LIN filler. Filled in june. Bio was in November,  we received the RFE on may 8th..

    They need more Evidence of our Bonafide marriage. although we sent everything thing we had at the time..

    But we had a baby after that. , so we will be sending  her birth certificate,  and the new TAx return

    • Copy of our airline tickets from our trip to Chicago, Illinois

    • Explanation to why we don’t have a joint health care insurance
    • Explanation to why we don’t have a joint phone plan
    • Pictures together from 2016 to 2019.

     

    BELOW IS THE RFE LETTER. They are basically asking for the same things. I don't understand. Compared to other people that I know, who have gotten green cards, I think I have sent more than enough.

    Unfortunately I don't have anything additional from what I sent 10 months ago. We don't have a kid, we don't have a car, we don't have a joint phone bill because his company pays for his bill and we don't have joint health insurance because we've been changing jobs frequently and we couldn't be on the same plan. 

    Do you think if I send the same documents, but with new dates for the past 10 months it will be sufficient??? AWAITING FOR YOUR ADVICE :))

    I received the exact same letter,  and we have sent everything too.. but fortunately we had a baby recently and we bought a car together. 

    I will also send the new tax files and appartment rental renewal forms., our baby birth certificate,  our car title and insurance with our both names on it.
