All i can say after yesterday, like everything in life things are gonna be depending on the humor, attitute, personality of the io.

I just sent 14 15 with the n400, and for the interview i brought 13 14 15. I was concerned that they would ask me about 2011 2012 taxes since i got my gc through marriage (im divorce applying under 5 years rule, couldnt get them on time) io didnt even mention taxes...

If you cant get 2011 tell them whats going on, if by any chance you have 2010 Show it to them so they see you pay your taxes...

That will be my plan b, If I cant get my 2011's taxes, I already sent the 4506-t by fax, let see what happens

Lately (4 or 5 days ago) Paul Ryan has been PRETTY COOL to me , I don't know after tomorrow's meeting, "EYEROLL"

You can still fax From 4506-T to the number in Kansas City (for Florida). Choose option 6b goes back more than 4 years but should be more than enough for USCIS.

By faxing it, you should receive the transcript in about 2 weeks or so.

That's very strange.

The the IRS website says that you can request transcripts 4 years back online, but that for older transcripts you need to mail in the 4506 form.

Last week I requested 2012, 2013, and 2014, 2015 online without any trouble.

I sent in a 4506 for 2008-2011. I'll let you know if I get those.

I got 12, 13, 14 and 15's transcript, I need 2011

I called IRS yesterday, after 45 minutes on hold they told me that if a transcript is more than 3 years old, they can't send it to me, they will send me a letter stating that I filled my 2011 income tax but can't get a transcript, I'm planning to use this letter in the interview only if they ask me for 2011 income tax

Hi Guys, it's been a crazy day but I wanted to give you a quick update. I did get approved and will post the details later or tomorrow when i get some time.

You can call IRS, I call them all the time when I need my transcript and they fax it to me, let them know its urgent and they will fax you a copy. Just make sure you are standing by the fax machine especially if it is a public fax machine.

Call 800-829-1040 and use the exact numbers am going to write below to talk to a live agent (depending on if those numbers fall into your category). The first question will be to press 1 for English after which you should press the following for each questions that come after that.......2, 1, 4, 2, enter social security number, confirm social security by pressing 1, another 1, then 5 and the rest few questions will lead you to a live agent.

I'm going to try it now, I called a month ago asking for a transcript of my 2011 income tax, they accept it by an automated machine but I receive a letter stating that they can not send me transcripts older than 3 years, I will try this afternoon with your instructions

I need help, they are asking for the last 5 years on tax returns, but of course I have all but 2011, there is no way to ask for that transcript online or by phone, I already try, do somebody have a similar problem? and how can I solve it, I don't know if I can just show up on a IRS office and ask for that copy

One week waiting for the appointment letter

Fourth of July would be cool, especially since it's her b-day. Hope you hear something soon.

My wife is still waiting on the letter with the date/time. I've actually changed my mind about going with her and will do so since she filed under the 3-yr rule. I know it was a joint incomplete ROC/N-400 case, but I saw an N-400 denied because the spouse didn't attend. What's a couple of hours out of the office? Better to go and not be needed than have any issues with my favorite Federal agency.

You would be surprised! In Venezuela we have a huge Muslim colony and middle east immigrants. My husband's grandfather was from Lebanon so we both share a middle east last name even though my husband was born in Venezuela. Most of the immigrants are from Syria and Lebanon.

My understanding is that local offices do not have anything to do with background checks, you are stuck in name check. I think it was because of your case that I mention before about “Controlled Application Review and Resolution Program” (CARRP), is a plan that George W Bush put in practice after 9/11 where muslim males names coming from muslim countries, get unexplainable delays, we can fight this un-American issue or turn a blind eye, thinking that this issue "DO NOT AFFECT ME". I am wondering why they would send a letter stating what to bring in the letter and then send that list which includes all the things already stated in the appointment letter.

I am thinking they could just as well state the items to bring in the appointment letter and save some trees.

The anticipation is killing me, also the clock is ticking because I'm moving next month (inside the city), I want to have the appointment date before

The interview went great, I was out in 10 minutes. The officer told me to wait for the ceremony letter by mail

I've read in other month filers threads that USCIS doesn't put you in line until the background check comes back OK so just being in line is a good sign. The delay is because the local office is busy and not because there is a problem with your specific case.

Honestly, by my calculations for Orlando, getting scheduled this week would be a nice surprise, next week would be good and the following week would be "on time". It's coming!!

I hope your calculations are "WRONG" lol
