Same boat for my husband’s case. Biometrics on Feb 7 and nothing since then. I’m following a lot of cases around our number in the app and very little movement in general.

I would be concerned that would be a problem for you.   As a married couple unless one of you was in the service or something that would make it difficult to chat you should be chatting daily.   My husband and I are on video 3 to 4 times a day for hours...I think if we missed one day our day would be completely off.   Thinking on the embassy point of view it looks like you talked a lot before marriage then died down after could look like you got what you wanted.

i was told by many vj's member that the ceac.state.gov website would not change till the CC and till then it would ask for the required docs. after CC the website would say "At NVC". I think nothing to worry about this, you are in good shape. My SD is 8/31, still website shows I need to submit required docs. 

People who want their loved ones to move to the US with them. I guess they are all crazy people.
 
Why they can't move to the foreign countries during the process? Well, maybe because they need JOBS and money to finance the process and prove they can support the immigrant.

To those struggling with the IV fee processing we were advised by the NVC to submit an email like this (see attached photo) to asknvc@state.gov with the case number and petitioner and applicants names and dob as the subject line!

Isn't Potomac a new service center (2014)? VJ admins might have forgotten to add that center to the list. 
 
Also, I have been checking the tracker this evening and they're processing December. LOTS of RFE's.
