  1. Yes, swamped may be the reason. I asked the officer about this during my AOS interview, and she told me that they are so inundated with a lot of AOS applications that they are needing the help of other service centers. Although, being transferred does not guarantee approval w/o interview, I've read about a few cases that has been transfered back to the local office where an interview was required.

I read in another immigration message board that a whole batch of AOS cases were transferred to TSC over the past couple of weeks and more will be getting transferred there because CSC is now also swamped.

  2. hi was this first SC they sent you? or was this coming from another service center? or from the field office?

We applied at MSC and were transferred to TSC. I do believe MSC transferred us, but I'm not entirely sure if it was them or the Baltimore field office... or who makes these crazy decisions.

ooo, the suspense is going to kill us now! Hope it is good news.

Me too :) I hope someone else gets transferred to TSC as well.

My hubby just checked his e-mail and found this little number sent at 6am. Wow, I would have never in a million years expected this...

  4. I already contacted one of the USCIS accredited surgeon here in our area and she told me that I cant have any vaccinations since I am pregnant, but I would still have to have the Dr. fill out the I-693 supplement form and she will just send an explanation along with it indicating why I cant have the vaccines and she's charging us $75 just to fill out the form alone. She also mentioned that they might need to do another pregnancy for me to make sure I am really pregnant?!?!?my belly's popping out now, and I do have ultrasound copies why would I need another preg test??anyway..whatever..just wanna get this done asap.

totally unrelated, but when my sister was about 8 months along, she applied for the WIC program, they asked her to take a pregnancy test
