Just tell them what happened and hopefully, they won't require it. Good luck!

Hello everyone,
I'm filing for my AOS and I saw that some people get an interview and some others don't. Is there anything that I can do to reduce the case of getting an interview?
Interviews are a normal part of the process.

Hello everyone!
If I may ask; is there an expiration date for us to file AOS? we got married for a month now. But still we're not yet finish filling for AOS, however we're planning to file by the end of this month. I'm a little worried if I will get deported by chance?? Please help me clear my mind. Big Thanks!
You should be OK when you file at month end. We waited over a month ourselves when filing because my wife had to request her birth certificate from the Philippines.

I need someone to point me to right direction please. I am about to file for my husband and need sample of affidavit of third parties acknowledging the marital union. Does the affidavit have to be from each person? Also when sending in the Affidavit does it have to be the original or photocopy? Thanks all!
You can find samples on the link below. Always send the original as it requires a signature.

Since you're on a K1, it's a one time entry only to the US and you abandoned it. It may be difficult even with an ESTA, but it's worth a shot. Good luck!

Hi everyone,
So my wife (from Argentina) and I are working on getting her CR-1 visa to bring her to the USA.
We already had our K1 visa and got married while she was, but unfortunately due to a family emergency, she had to leave the country and did not have Advancement of Parole, so she can no longer enter the USA until she has another visa which is why we're applying for the CR-1 now.
Now my question is,
#10 on page 5 of form I-130 asks "Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?"
Should I say yes, since I have filed before?
Or no, since no one ELSE has ever filed for her before?
Thanks alot you guys, the help is very much appreciated
You may be petitioning the beneficiary for a second time, but since it's only you then NO.

Hi,
My ex have applied for k1visa back 2011. I didn't know if he withdraw the petition yet, but i saw him got married already in the US.
Now, i met my new fiancé and planning to apply for k1visa. Will my previous application affect the new application?
On the first k1, I never even reached to to interview, i never even gotten any email. But it already went to NVC and after that, we already lost our communication. Pls let me know what's the best thing to do and will it affect the new k1 application?
Thanks a lotThe first K1 happened several years ago so you should be OK, but expect for it to come up on your interview. Or you two can get married in the Philippines then apply for spousal visa.

Wow! What a waste of time and money.

medical. thanks
I believe if you were married within 60 days, your husband can add you through his employer as a lifestyle change status. He should call HR. Is it past 60 days?
-
Are you referring to life insurance or medical insurance?
-
Your spouse should be able to put you on her work insurance as a lifestyle change.

How can I check if a have a ban? I´m telling the words of the CBP Officer, they said me, with any kind of visa you can return, you only can´t use anymore the WVP.
Looks you can no longer use the visa waiver, but the K1 will be OK.

This site is very helpful in doing it yourself. You can find everything here

I agree. Petition them after your citizenship.

I know that helping him gain citizenship would get me out from under the I-864 but after reading the citizenship guidelines I feel that he doesn't have the moral character and I just can't bring myself to lie and pretend he does or pretend that our marriage is a stable loving one. I am looking at starting a new life that doesn't include him.
Yes, divorce him so he can't pressure you any longer. He's a walking STD

It's time to see each other in person again

Hopefully, the CO was just messing with you since marijuana is legal in Colorado

It can take from 5 to 10 days. My fiancé received hers on the 4th day.

Got our NOA2 already after 29 days. I'm soooo happy!
I was planning on going in February to visit since we figured he wouldn't get approved until the summer but now I am so much more optimistic about our timeline! Yeah!!!!
That's fast!

I would like to take my fiancée on a cruise too, but the one time entry to the US on a K1 means we're going to have to wait.
-
My fiancé was able to see the form online, but it won't let her change the USC nationality. It was greyed out at Angola. She was able to call them and get it corrected, but this was in Manila. Try calling them in Cebu and see if they can help you. Good luck!

Fiancee Flight
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Connection flights are fine, but if you can find a straight flight, go for it. It may be more expensive.
