    I am a USC, in the process of sponsoring my parents to come here. Their plan is once they get their green card they will sponsor my brother who is currently 18 year old and studying in the US as an international student. Would that be possible and how long would it take? My parent doesnt speak English and would not have any income in the US, they do have some rental properties in the home country. Thank you

    Hello, I am in a process of sponsoring my parents. Their green card paperwork is filed. But they have an active and valid visitor visa prior to me filing the paperwork. Can they still use it to travel here and return to home country? Thank you.
