If you are referring to original civil documents required at the interview, they want birth cert, marriage cert, divorce cert, etc.

Can you give more details at what point in the process you're at and

As long as you have used the visa as it was intended--I. e. visiting the US and leaving before your I-94 expired, and not spending more time in the US than out of the US--then your chances of getting a new tourist visa are quite good. You will not know until apply.

You are taking part of the restriction. Read it all. Not just part of it.
If a spouse has been deported, removed, etc., then the petitioner can not file for that person UNLESS the spouse has been out of the US for 2 years.
