we sent the documents November, as per USPS it was received Nov 14,

BUT i didn't  called NVC to confirm whether they received it

(i know, it was a lacking on my part) and i deeply regret it,

so when i called NVC they said the received it and the scan date is

January 13, 2017

it causes a delay of 8 weeks!

upon reading different websites and forums, i learned that they have a lot of papers to do,

and documents stayed at their receiving area, and MAYBE just maybe, they prioritize those who follows up,

they pull out the documents
