It should not change. And then it goes in your citizenship certificate at some point.

Looks like it's one of the basic RFE what USCIS do,

I don't know somehow they mention docs as missing even we submit intially - may be while trasferring case they miss or just to get latest they say it like that

ANYWAYS it's basic RFE nothing to worry i think, if you could provide max docsit should be fine. I have seen cases like this on this fourm,  RFE like this and get approval 1-2 weeks after USCIS get docs. BUT i suggest you to consult with attorney to review docs before send it.

Being more methodical about the evidence you submit might be more effective. Maybe the framework below might help?

Note: I use a star rating to represent the (subjective) strength of some examples of the evidence (*** for strong/verifiable/difficult to fake; ** moderate; * weak). Using multiple corroborating evidence for each section below from the date of marriage to the present, you want to show that you both:

    Cohabit (CRITICAL):
Government IDs with same address*** Signed lease agreements with both names** Bills in both names for utilities that are home-specific (electric, gas, cable, land lines but not cell phones)** Renters insurance policy in both names** Correspondence in both names* Your letter to USCIS/affidavits explaining your living circumstances* Etc. Co-mingle finances (CRITICAL):
    Assets jointly owned
Titles for significant assets (real estate, cars,  collectibles, etc.) in both names*** Joint financial account (bank, investment) statements with transaction history** Your letter to USCIS/affidavits explaining your financial practices* Liabilities jointly responsible for
Tax returns/transcripts showing Married Filed Joint status*** Joint credit card statements** Joint mortgage/car loan/personal loan docs** Signed lease agreements with both names** Utility bills in both names** Joint health insurance documentation** Your letter to USCIS/affidavits explaining your financial practices* Share life experiences:
Birth certificates of children you've had together** Travel documentation in both names (boarding passes/hotel receipts > bookings) ** Well chosen pictures of you together (e.g., to support travel above, or child birth above, or other major family events)* Shared memberships* Your letter to USCIS/affidavits explaining your shared experiences* Plan for the future together:
Beneficiary nominations on retirement accounts** Child savings accounts** Wills*** Estate trust documents*** Power of attorney*** Joint life insurance policies*** Your letter to USCIS/affidavits explaining your future plans* I would aim to provide at least 2 of the evidence in each section (the weaker the evidence you have, the more the corroboration you might need). Where you're lacking, explain why in your letter, and be creative in looking for alternative evidence. Remember: where possible, for each evidence, provide from date of marriage to the present (e.g., travel docs from Year 1 AND Year 2 AND Year X). Hope this helps.

Thanks Jan&Rachid. I actually used that process, and it worked a couple of days ago, but hasn't been working since. So I was wondering if it is just me or if DHL tracking has been down the last couple of days

Congratulations. Glad there was no wahala getting the documents to them.
Were you by chance close to the poverty guidelines? Most times when people are very close to the lie for them or their sponsor they want to see current year done. I know people are fixated on April 15th filing. But really when March 1st hits many embassies start asking. And yes they can hold you up in AP until you file your taxes. I have even seen AP for those who had o amend because they filed single (rare but every CO is different)
For may of us who are just weeks or months from spouse getting here I strongly suggest just filing an extension print off your tax forms, update the Affidavit of Support and have your W2 attach just in case.
Happy early birthday wishes and blessings to your son.

Track your status on ceac.state.com. In the 1st post there are examples of the different status.
Until you get interview you will stay in A NV, After Interview is assigned and they ship you off it changes to IN TRANSIT. Once arrival at embassy and read in status changes to READY and you have Status date
Since I know my petition left today I went to DHL ad put in dates wet all the way back to EXP 18 MAR 2016A date range 18/3/2016 to 3/23/2016. 1 piece sent out today probably mine it arrives tomorrow figure Friday or Monday my status should chge to READY.

You're at NVC she's almost home and will get SSN. Why go through all the bother?
To get a ITIN you need
Signed W7 from immigrant Signed tax forms by the immigrant A certified copy of passport (Go to embassy and get that done) It can take 6 months to get one by then I am sure she will be here so why not just wait. File an extension.
This is not what ITIN's are suppose to be used for. If a SSN is imminent you should bot be requesting one.

Can't call? Of course you can call NVC anytime. Okay let me lay out the dance of the Interview assignment.
Case Complete puts you in the Interview queue for your embassy Interviewing scheduling usually (I said usually) last few days of the month through about 2nd week. NVC starts assigning cases to dates (slots) in CC order and stop either when they run out of slots or run out of cases Example my case we got case complete 2/9. They were scheduling for March when I got CC but they stopped for my embassy at 2/5. No more slots left. That's how it is. Case Complete WHEN you get it really matters how long.
April scheduling should start either tomorrow , Friday or next week. You can always call and ask but when you call be specific only about your embassy.
Saying "Have you started scheduling for April" is too generic. Philippines could have started and no one else (because they got their dates into NVC early) and they may say yes. When your embassy hasn't start.
You ask specifically "Has Interview scheduling started or stopped or are they full for Canada".
Check out my Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet.
