Avia got a reaction from tinap in I-751 Widow waiver
I am so sorry for your loss.

I have gone through the same. Came to USA in 2014 and lost my husband in 2015, filed ROC waiver-spouse deceased and got the 10 year green card recently.
I still have the copies of the forms i submitted with my ROC package.

    1. For Part 4 questions, I have filled my deceased husband's details here.
his name, his dob,his ssn,his a number.physical address i added his last address and mentioned deceased last add.
    2. I have filled part 7 with my details, in part 7 question 6a. Petitioner's signature, put your signature.
Part 8 Dont fill part 8. I left it blank.
3 and 4. If you have document to support these then send a copy to them since account was closed only after he passed away and explain in cover letter.

Hope this helps. Make sure you include a cover letter and explain everything and send as much evidence possible to show that the marriage was entered in good faith.

Avia got a reaction from sweet01 in ROC may 2016 filer finally approved after almost 1 year 5 months.
Just thought to share my story. I have filed for ROC waiver .
Filed in May 2016 ROC waiver from Vermont but moved to Texas after two months.
Received RFE from Vermont in April 2017, responded.
Called USCIS after no response regarding RFE for over a month, was told that i am in line to be interviewed and file on way to my local office and that i have to wait for the interview letter.
The interview letter never came but i got the biometrics letter to take finger prints again. Did biometrics on Aug 10th and waited for the interview letter but no letter and then on Oct 11 i got email from USCIS that on Oct 10, 2017 we mailed your new card. Finally received the card today , process took 1 year 5 months.  Glad this is over. Next is citizenship but i have time for that. Goodluck to everyone going through the process.

My case i didnt have much evidence. In response to RFE i sent one page letter explaining my story frm the time i got married to till now . Then i enclosed one notarized affidavit from a close relative who knew us both as couple. And 2015 joint tax transcript. And some letters that i had received while living together with him at his address. Thats all i sent and i prayed.

I filed from Vermont center and then moved to a place which comes under California Center. I received email from them regarding the address change. Apart from that, no news. How do i know if they have passed my file to CSC and whether CSC has already received my case or not? Do they send any post? Right now i am not sure, if my file is still sitting in Vermont or its already with California. I dont know if i should consider myself as vermont filer and be with vermont group or the California center. Any idea people? thank you
