Don't worry it takes time there we waited 10 months after our interview to be issued and that was after a first denial. I emailed and called everyone for help all you can do is wait. Once you get the new medical email you will know its near. Pakistan is tough but in the end you will be issued

you will be fine right before issue it changes to admin processing don't worry. My fiancé had his interview in March didn't get the ds5535 until july and was issued in January you will be issued

Don't give up it took us two K1 applications to be together, start over and fight in the end you got this

Trying to figure out how to file AOS and I was wondering about the medical form I-693, Is it necessary to include it in the packet if your medical is only 4 months old. Also if you don't need it what do you include in the packet I am so lost thanks in advance

Yes we did fifth month into ds5535 they asked for medical 4 weeks after they recieved it issued. U will get it stay strong took us 2 k1 visas.

we were issued In Feb so it took 7 months for the ds5535 form my fiancé is here from Pakistan

you guys stay hopeful my fiancé did the form in July and wasn't issued until Feb it takes times!!!! we waited 10 months in all you will be issued

Get a senator not a congressman in involved we were in ap 10 months u will get it soon as they ask for medical 

U will get ur visa soon our interview was in march and did the ds5535 in july we were married Saturday. He was issued in February ur next im sure

Guys dont worry if they request a medical u will get ur visa we were issued 6 weeks after they asked for new medical

Were you given the Ds5535? If so,  when?  because I see that you interviewed in March of 2017 and the form wasn't implemented yet then. 

yes we were given it but not until July after being in ap 4 months

my fiancé just did this they don't send the passport back you just need to take a copy of your passport

and the letter from the embassy when you call for your medical tell them the embassy has your passport they will advise you

I wanted to share to help anyone going through this process, my fiancé was denied his K1 in Nov 2015 after 8 months in AP. We got our passports back and took another trip to Dubai this being our third trip. Due to work and life we applied for a second K1 I didn't want to get married and leave my husband. We front loaded everything we had all our proof, this website and members here helped me a lot. We have red flags and I addressed all there concerns in the second petition, making sure they understood we loved each other. Again the interview and a 221g then the DS-5535 form we have had it all, and after 10 months in AP again my fiancé is flying here as we speak. True loves wins in the end

We did a K1 so the case creation date changed and it changed to non immigrant and honestly not alot of updates it went straight from ap to issued
