Think everyone gets some kind of Ap now after what happened here in california

Ots from date a medical i found out so thats why they make u do another

Thank god i almost had a heart attack im tired of Ap

How long is the k1 good for many say it expires even if approved

Why is,the k1 dead now the CO extends it and u redo ur medical we have been waiting since nov 30 in Ap and told this

March 11 i feel hopeless now

They didnt ask us either but they didnt say approved or denied but they kept his passport

Months yes i dont think a k1 will take years. Pray we will be ok soon.

I noticed people who arent asked for anything show ready. Did they ask you for documents or give u a 221g did they keep your passport

They say its in,admin processing they dont give out information.

My fiance had his interview nov 30 and our status still says ready for interview

Its very frustrating we want to see each other but we are scared to touch his passport. This really needs to change some people get their visas in 60 days. Others like me just get stuck our wedding date was dec 31 i never thought about this happening

Yes i emailed them and they just say Ap. But our status stills reads ready for interview and they didnt even tell us if we are approved

Its just frustrating we werent even told if we were approved ? I dont like sitting here in the unknown and traveling to Pakistan now they wont even give me a visa. My fiance doesn't want to ask for his passport doesn't want to cause any more delay

U need a lawyer there is something u can do to force a decision why would u have to wait this long it's awful

No ideas but dont trust that tracker its not true send email. How long did u wait for a second interview

I check my status all nite to last 4 months i cant remember sleeping all nite. Now i want to take his passport but many say dont but we miss each other. Its crazy how some get there visas fast and the rest get stuck in the unknown
