Look who has an interview scheduled! 1st Feb it is. Phew!

They said I was scheduled today. I am not sure if they have started the scheduling for Feb. Ours could have moved due to the senator's request. We did learn last week that our case was sent to the supervisor for scheduling. But, for all those waiting for Feb, I'd suggest call and check. If not, Jan's round the corner anyway. Have a good year all.

So into the interview we're supposed to bring chat logs and every communication proof as evidence. So what about uhm extremely private things in our chat logs? If I collect 10 pages, 9 of them aren't "Presentable" to another human being. also wife doesn't want me to bring any message logs to the interview. is it ok if I blur the content and took them with me?

Haha Presentable! We've discussed this ourselves. :-) Maybe you should bring some of them just to see the CO's reaction. :-D

Im over the moon!!!! Just got off the phone with NVC and its a confirmed case complete as of 12/9/15 after seeing the 3 N/A today!!! The rep told me I should just wait for an email with interview date. What is the next procedure and when should I start my barrage of phone calls for interview date should I not get this email?!

Watch for this space for Feb. interviews. Next round of scheduling should begin in the first week Jan.

So I called the NVC today and the rep told me, that our case has officially been completed yesterday, which means that all the other times I called it wasn't even though I was told so?

Anyway, that mean our cc date is Dec. 7 and now we have to wait again (usual time to get an interview scheduled at the Embassy in Frankfurt about 40-60 days). So now we have to wait another month or more for an interview date...how frustrating...

Called NVC this morning they confirmed CC(20th nov) on my case(Saw 3rd N/A on 21st Nov) and lady informed that they are waiting to schedule an interview on my case and i didn't got any confirmation mail regarding CC on my case rep said i might receive the confirmation mail or a interview schedule letter do anyone have idea generally how long will it take to schedule interview my embassy will be mumbai.

Hi All, I havr a query..My husband submitted the old version of I864EZ in thr AOS package. The package was sent in July and the scan date was 27th July. The new version of I864EZ was releases in the first week of August I guess and my case was completed by 21st of August. I have my interview on the 5th of January. My question is should i carry the new version of the I864EZ for the interview or will the old submitted version will be enough?

I hope you can get somewhere with senator's office. My senator's office has helped our case, but we had to follow up with them. They didn't just call/email us the results.

That is strange. Did you request a change in embassy locations or anything else? I did request a change in embassy locations (after case complete and before interview was scheduled) and it was approved. A new case number was issued 10/27/15. I don't know if that could've affected our case in the queue, but maybe the case is somehow 'stuck.' If no interview is scheduled in 3 weeks, I'll call the NVC and request to speak with a supervisor. I think it'll be quicker to try that first before getting a senator involved.

There was something, but nothing after the case complete. Just like you, we too keep thinking that what if it is something we did that triggered this delay. But I am sure that isn't the case. We have tried and failed at least eight times to get hold of a supervisor. Seems no one is available and all too busy to talk to us. I have never felt so helpless. Hehe

Someone on here had their IV interview for IR1/CR1 scheduled on 12/2/15 for 1/25/16. Their Case Complete was 11/25/15. My wife's Case Compete for her IR1/CR1 was 10/14/15, but no interview has been scheduled as of last night. I thought the NVC goes strictly by Case Complete. This is for Embassy Beirut and the other person's case is not expedited. NVC says I should wait for the interview to be scheduled. Should I be concerned? Thanks to all for reading.

We are in the same boat as you. Cc 23 October. No interview for us even though CCs after ours from the same embassy have had theirs scheduled already. NVCs messages to us is same as it is to you. We are gearing to get senator involved now. Not sure what else to do. Two interview schedules have passed us by.

You should be worried. CC 16 Nov already have the interview date on 6th Jan.

Time to engage a senator then, because NVC keeps saying they are waiting for appointments to be available at Mumbai consulate. That's been their refrain as two rounds of scheduling have passed us by already.

Anybody from the fellow Feb filers here awaiting interview at Mumbai consulate? Our CC date is 23rd Oct., yet no interview in sight. Should we be worried?

For my wife's interview, does she need to bring the whole ds-260 with all the information with her or just the confirmation page?

I hear you. With ours, they are reluctant to even call it a sup. review lest they'd have to give a timeline. They just say it is some sort of additional processing for which there is no timeline. Like NO TIMELINE?

It has been over 40 days since the cc and no interview in sight for us, even as they schedule for others from Mumbai consulate. Weird doesn't suffice.

Anybody here wih Jan interview dates yet?

NVC was open on Friday. I spoke to a rep. She said they've started scheduling interviews for Jan.

So after a month since cc confirmation, we still dnt have an interview date. Apparently they put us on sup review after cc, which is a code for all inexplicable NVC things. Anyway, since then we have asked for an expedite. Maybe we will hear something next week. Approval or denial either way we have missed the bus, it looks like January is what we will get.

I don't think it means anything except it is either a glitch or their new "at NVC" message. I see the same.

ok so i got my CC email and a response from NVC expedite stating they recieved my request and its under review im hoping for a january interview, im very excted and optimistic!
