That is a very long time to wait without anything. I would definately schedule for an infopass appt to inquire about the case and in addition you may call the customer service line. Good Luck

We also had an interview with a lot of nervousness but the interview took at the most 10 minutes and the interviewer stated that she will mail the decision in a couple of weeks but it has been 3 weeks and 1 day since then and nothing has been sent to us. USCIS has started to sent interview results instead of informing you that same day, hope this gives you a little piece of mind
Hang in there, if you are denied, you can always appeal it. Good Luck to you

I know how you feel, I am in the same situation, online the info has been the same since May 31, 2006 stating that "we have your response to our request for more evidence." We had an interview on July 19 and nothing has been given or sent to us since then
I scheduled an infopass for 8/7 and got a little info that our file was still in San Francisco and that they have requested the file for 3rd time and if they don't receive it, our case would be based on the interview, which went really well. I just have to wait for a little longer
. The immigration officer said it can take up to 3 months
but probably not.
I would recommend that you schedule an info pass appt to inquire about your case and call them on a weekly basis so that they can do something about the case
Good Luck to you

You definately need to file the I-864 and add your father as the co-sponsor because you don't meet the requirements for sponsoring your relative. This happens a lot so don't worry. Make sure you have evidence from the IRS stating that you didn't file for the most recent tax year. Your father has to have the most recent tax info, include your birth certificate indicating your relationship, and a copy of his US passport and Citizenship (birth certificate if born in US). You will also need verification of your current employement. In addition, you have to file for the "Contract between Household members", this is an agreement between you and the co-sponsor. Hope this helps

It should not matter but just in case I would print it out as single sided form, which I did also. Hope this helps

You can get that information through calling UCIS or visiting your local UCIS office. As far as the change of address notification or AR-11, you should send that to the following address listed below:
U.S Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration
Change of Address
PO Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134
Hope this helps

It will usually take a couple of weeks. Generally, two to four weeks. Good luck

I am happy she is feeling better.
Congrats on your approval. Sorry to hear that you all have to go through that. Usually there is an interview set up. After the interview is approved than you will receive the visa. For the shortcut, you can follow the link below:

Congrats
I thought that they take away your EAD and I-94 because it is no longer needed when you have a greencard. The greencard indicates that you are a permanent resident authorized to work in the US. It might be something new.

You will have to wait because it does not take 1 day for information to be mailed out. Give it up to a week. Usually most USCIS information can take up to 30 days.
By the way, congrats on your approval

You will need their most recent copy of tax info, proof of their US citizenship, and proof of their relationship to you. Hope this helps

I am in the same situation. I just can't help it, I have to check at least 7 times a day. But nothing as of yet, I am so stressed about this. It has taken up so much of my time. Hopefully, they change or update the info so that I can have a life again.
