I would just get married again and record it as it seems you are already married it just wasn't recorded.
You committed yourselves in a public ceremony. In many places this is considered being married.
200 years ago most marriages probably were not recorded at a local government office.
A simple Hop over a broom stick was all that it took to be considered married in certain cultures.

Today marks our 150th day waiting since our received date. April 6. I don't know what kind of waiting I need to do now. I let my fiance go home to his hometown to spend time with his family, it could help with our stress. I got sick though. Until now. I don't know what's worse. Gosh.

    - Is your group becoming quieter and quieter because everyone has moved on with their petitions and/or could possibly already be with their loved ones?
    - Are you feeling left behind?... feeling like lights have been turned out on you and there is no one left in the room to talk to?
    - Are you frustrated with the K1 Visa process, the seemingly endlessly long wait between NOA1 & NOA2 but don't want to come out as a whiner or crying babyto your fiancé(e)? ...I know I don't
    - Are you in need of a safe place, judgement-free zone ( Your VisaJourney Planet Fitness ) where you can rant, vent all your frustrations... so when you get to talk to your fiancé(e) you sound cool, calm and collected ?
    - Do you like to give advice? or Do you need an adviceon your application or on this whole Fiancé(e) Visa process in general?
    - Have you already crossed the finish line and got to be united with your significant other and now you're living happily ever after in “the land of the free and the home of the brave"?

Uh, no, it won't be reviewed, and the OP will not get another interview.  There are numerous cases on VJ where the petition is sent back.  They are allowed to expire with NO REVIEW.  The only chance for a successful IV is a bone fide marriage and a well-prepared CR-1.  Waiting around for the letter will just delay the visa for months.

Big question! Ultimately uscis is approving petitions if you used Asaindating.com so regardless if they are considered an imb or not they are issuing NOA 2. Why the heck are they giving RFE's for this? In the end they aporove it if you used Asiandating.com. It is a big enough website that all the case workers should no this and stop issuing the RFE's.

Just out of curiosity - how many pages was your total submission? Mine came to about 180 total about 3 inches tall. I agree with your thinking as well - frontload the heck out of it.
I just filed it yesterday 2nd day air to arrive tomorrow and Im wondering if I front loaded it like a lead brick (too much) or not enough.
Im a nervous wreck I've checked the FEDEX tracking number about 32 times today just to watch it sitting at the docks. Im going to need XANAX soon.

Hi y'all! Got an update (though a bit late).
My fiance had his interview last Wednesday.......and he was approved! It was such a relief and after being there, it's so funny to see how stressed and over prepared we were (if anyone can really be over prepared!)
A short little review about his interview. He had his medical on Monday, got his results later that day, his biometrics were done the week before where we live (Monterrey), and we just kinda hung out until the interview. His appointment was at 8:15 but we decided to head over there around 7:30 because I was too anxious to sit around. They let him right in the door and my mom and I waited for him at a plaza next door. He came out around 10 with that glorious green paper! While he spent about 3 hours in the consulate, his interview was only about 5 minutes long! They took the required papers and directed him to sit down. When he was finally called up, the officer (who looked like Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer supposedly—it's a sign!) took one look at the bulging binder I sent with him and went "WOAH WHATS ALL THAT!"
She asked him to raise his and and take the truth oath, all while he was shaking from the weight of the binder (oops haha), and she continued to ask just a few questions:
    What's your fiancee's name?
How, when and where did you meet her?
What's her birthdate and where was she born?
    Who is (name of cosponsor)?
    Do you speak English?
Have you been to the US? (yes)
Have you overstayed a visa? (To this he of course said no, he hasn't. The funny part was that during our last trip to my hometown in March 2014, as we were driving back across the border, he forgot to give back the I94!!! I freaked out and sent him walking back across the border to give it back to which he was stopped by both Mexican and American border patrol agents. The Mexican agent was very hostile with him, telling him he couldn't go back to give his paper and all this stuff. Finally the American agent came over, asked what was the problem, my fiance explained he forgot to give the paper back and the American agent was like "oh no problem, I'll take it back, just remember the next time!" Well, the officer KNEW about this!! She was like "yeah, I saw you forgot to turn in your I94 and went back to give it to the border patrol agent." crazy that she knew that!)
She looked at a few of the pictures I sent in the I-129F packet and was like "aww" "who's this?" "awwww."
She did some typing on her computer and was like ok I'm going to approve your visa congratulations and good luck!
It is such a relief that this is over and we can finally go home together! We came back to Monterrey that same evening, he received his DHL number on Friday April 1 and he picked up his passport from DHL yesterday morning! We'll be moving back on April 22 WHAT A RELIEF!!!
Congratulations on all those who recently got approved as well I feel like this is kinda a graduation day.

Any who, all is good. Now just need to verify it is correct, and then schedule flight.

Now I know. 100% it is the lack of the letters of intent. You need one for each of you. That is a minimum paperwork requirement. My recommendation is you run rough shot over that firm you got helping you. Manage them. Do not let them run the program for you without your oversight on each element.
They didn't get it right with the letter of intent, then I do not trust them to get anything right.
    Just my humble opinion.....

Have I got a story to tell about "generic name, apparently there is someone with a similar name and similar birthdate who is on a wanted list."
I used to travel internationally a lot up till last year. And starting around 2009 I stated getting arrested by homeland at the airport each time I came into the USA. They called it 'detained' for questioning.
Each time I asked the officer why I was being arrested, and he said "detained". I said it is the same thing, just a different name. He tells me to be arrested is when they handcuff you. I tell him not so, it is when the person is held against their will--I suggested he look up the definition.
They ask me questions about my height, eye color, where I been, what I do. I asked once why they asked, because they have my passport. I was told it could be fake--We the People of the USA spent billions to convert our passports to have microchips embedded into the passport, and it can still be fake go figure.
Then in Miami, after going through the detain/arrest discussion, and the officer said I could go, I asked why I was being arrested each time I came into the USA. He said it was because of my name. There are a lot of wanted felons with this name, and approximate birthday.
6 months later I'm coming through Miami again, and of course 'detained'. The officer who questions me is the same guy from before. He smiles and tells me "you're right you're under arrest, I looked it up".
I'm surprised. I said you must have had like 10,000 people through here since the last time I was there, how do you remember me? He said yes, but you're the only one that ever said what I said.
And he told me I know you, "You're free to go, have a great day".
That was the last time I got arrested........

    Tyler,
Most of Filipinos are not used to expressing themselves. It was a big step for me, it ain't easy hahahaha. But when your husband let you feel the openness, the love and respect, eventually it makes you realize how blessed you are.
A lot of Filipinos are not fortunate to be here in America. Let's not forget that. Even if we are here we need to work hard to have a good life. Not unless you married a guy with a golden spoon.
Let's not forget why we got ourselves into "MARRIAGE". It is not all about compatibility, that one should have the same likes, habits and favorites. It is working out our "DIFFERENCES".
Age differences shouldn't be an issue either. I'm 40 and my husband is turning 65. It's about life experiences and maturity and maturity doesn't comes with "AGE, it's a "CHOICE". You can be 100 years old and still immature. Having said about my previous comment. Anna is only 25, "maybe" inexperience about reality so it may take time for her to understand the reality of handling a relationship or never. Only time will tell. That's one thing for sure, the realization strikes if ever she had a chance to come back to Philippines. While Lee is 43 you have a ways to go, either you fret about your wife negativity or find a way to for her to win her heart again. I'm sure there's "LOVE" there, it's just never blossoms because of we focused on negatives. My husband and I always reminds each other how our relationship started. It wasn't love at first sight. Our love grew because we watered it with patience, respect and understanding…….. it wasn't easy ride. But it was worth it once you realize this is nothing compared to problems other couples experiencing.
    Cheers!

In my case I put neither and panicked up until I received the NOA 1..
