That was entirely expected. None of this affects me or anyone I know around me. Most of us skilled immigrants with post grad degrees. 
However, we are going to see a lot more unregulated charter schools and possible degradation of proficiency of middle school/high school kids. Perhaps even increasing the costs of education which are already really really high.
 
I really hope Betsy DeVos proves all her detractors, including me, wrong and actually improves the system. If not, well more demand for skilled/specialized immigrants.

There are very limited treatment choices. It's not like a fast food restaurant when you choose from the $1 menu or a la carte. 
Most people don't have a choice of treatment. Treatment is based on risk and benefit, not how expensive or how fashionable it is.

If Betsy DeVos does eventually wreck the education system and the Grad/post grad is so expensive currently, US won't have many skilled workers for specialized jobs. More job creation for skilled immigrants?
 

Ok folks lesson for today- you cannot get any health treatment you desire. It has to be related to your diagnosis and treatment. You cannot 'order' treatments at an establishment. It is not a fast food restaurant or a furniture store. 
 
And since breast implants are elective and purely cosmetic (unless its due to breast cancer), these are not paid by insurance/public/medicaid/fast food restaurant.
 
As much as some people believe their tax dollars are going to into funding abortions or breast implants or penile implants etc etc, it does not happen that way.
