    Our file is still on the "fingerprint review completed" since July 11 2018. We asked our congressman to contact the USCIS on our behalf about our file status. We got a reply from them today after the congressman's enquiry. " VSC is currently processing Forms 1-751 filed on or before March 18 2018."  VSC's processing time for I-751 is ranging from 13.5 -20 months. 

     

    Thought this might help someone who filed along with us, and is still waiting.

    There are people who have filed after may 2018 who have had their approvals

    you can get a stamp on on your passport which will help till your ROC process is complete

    Sorry if this sound harsh but looks like you're in all those troubles mostly by your own negligence. 

    You can continue staying in H1B if you have a approved 1-140 through the employer

    Our dates of filing were similar. Did your case change from biometrics done to card being produced? Was it transferred somewhere from Vermont?

     

    My status was biometric done then changed to new card is being produced / card is mailed / card was delivered  . No transfer , RFE or interview 

     

    Status was updated only in the old site . The new site still shows as case was received 

     

    I used the case tracker App to check  my application status .

     

    You should receive your approval soon because most of the cases in and around my number was either approved for RFE was sent

I called Uscis phone number to check the status and I automated system said that my application transferred to Arlington Virginia. I am so confused, I though there is no service center in Virginia.
