I had no interview since I came in as K-1. From reading I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to get a card with a 2 year expiration date. I'll give USCIS a call on Monday, especially after finding this topic: K-1 Wife Got 10 Yr Green Card.

Sigh. I hope I don't get charged for their mistake.

My understanding is that if you are married for more than two years you don't get the conditions however if you are married for less than two years you are given conditions for two years

Mine was august 8. I just got my ead last November 28. Now waiting for interview.

I got my EAD November 18th. I'm gonna call about my 485 this week sometimes

My receipt date was August 15 for the 485, I got an RFE and they got that on September 28... my case status is still stuck on "response to RFE has been received etc.".... so idn what's going on. Do some August filers have there GC?

Sadly no. In the letter I received they specifically say that "Your I-765 form will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence (10/20/2016)".

If that can help anyone that got a RFE, it doesn't stop your clock, it restarts it

How long did everyones card go from being 'in production' to 'received'? I was just called for a job interview and they said to call back when I've received the card.

Mine was 9 business days, but so far I feel like 10-14 days is the standard

My card arrived 9 business days after my biometrics, and the status changed right after my biometrics to new card being produced, and then I got it without any other updates. However a few hours after i received it the status changed to delivered

You must have Advance Parole in order to leave the US and reenter at another time. If you don't have one, then your reentry may

be denied. Most people apply for AP and EAD when adjusting status from I-485.

Yes I have both. I just wondering what happens at the border when I come back in. I have all my documents as well to show them if they want. Is that really all I need though is my combo. Add and passport to get back in to the US?

How does it work to leave the US for a few days and come back. Once I leave, I come back and apply for parole into the US and become a parolee?

Beautiful, got my combo card a few minutes ago. My case status still says new card is being produced. This means I can leave the country without a hit correct?

Our received date was August 19th, AP/EAD approved on Nov 2nd, status still stuck on approved 15 days later.

Approved as in it says the card is being produced?

Can I get an update on people who have a receipt date for August 15 +/- a day or two?? I feel like I'm way behind. I got my bio date on day 81, did an early walk in on November 7, and that day my EAD case went to "card being produced." I feel like people are getting there cards already!

Just got my EAD in the mail half of an hour ago!!!!!! (Day 90) Online status also updated to

Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office.

Now just have to wait for an interview notice, hopefully soon.

How many days approximately we will received the ead right after the biometrics? Just curious. Can't wait to do my bio appointment

Try a walk in? I got my bio last Friday and did a walk in on Monday. I think average is 2-3 weeks but I don't know, hopefully someone else has a better idea.

If we do a walk in do we still have to show up to our original appointment date and time?

Seems I am the only one left behind... My I-765 is pending on Case Was Received more than 80 days, I did info pass, but the lady just told me to keep waiting, she can't help with it. Right after back from immigrant office, I called tire 2 officer, he was friendly but only told me let me be patient. What else i can do now? I really need get a job.

Keep calling, that's what I did! I called until I got what I wanted. Did you get a bio appointment?

Just put an SR in for my EAD to be expedited and produced quicker (if even possible) based on "USCIS Error" as I did not receive my biometrics appointment until day 82. Hopefully it works in my favor!

Does anybody know if ASC in waukegan accepts walk in?

I don't know about Waukeegan, but the USCIS ASC in Oak Park took me in today as a walk in, they were really nice.

Haha. Hubby don't want to buy his own phone yet.so.he's still using mine. But my panda case arrived already so i'm pushing him to buy his own phone ao i can use my cute panda case. Haha.

Try a walk in? I got my bio appointment this past Friday night, went to one ASC, was unsuccessful and continued on to the next and was successful. My original appointment date was for Nov. 16th.

Thats great news! Since you're past the 75th day i think they will automatically update your case as card in production once you're done with the bio. My ead was actually approvrd even before i have my bio done

Yeah it was weird. I guess that means my EAD was approved as my status went from "Received on August 15", to "New Card Being Produced"... Wish I knew how long it will take until the card is produced and will be mailed.

But yes... I did a walk in today at 9:30am... called USCIS on my way home and they said that New Card Was Being Produced as of today... so I don't know if that was approved before my biometrics or if they really got my biometrics that fast and updated instantly (which I doubt the latter).

The customer service agent said they can't do anything else until after 60 days if I don't get the combo card... I might call again and see if another agent will do something, all they can do is say no?

That was weird, I tried calling to talk about the expedite but they told me my car was in production as of today. That's a relief. They said it could take up to 60 days.. has it been taking that long?

Got my bio letter Friday night on day like 81 since date of receipt... finally, tried walking today in Naperville, IL and got rejected so I drove an hour to another ASC and they were very nice, in and out within 20 mins. How long have people been waiting for there combo cards since biometrics? Looking for recent updates. Also, how long do I have to wait for the fingerprints to be in the system until I can try getting an expedite since my 90 days is on November 15?

Hey everyone, what happens if you have a bio appointment at one ASC, try an early walk in and it doesn't work... can you go to another ASC and try there? Or do you have to go to the ASC on the form they give you? I have mine and will not be in town that week so I'd like to try a walk in. Also, I finally got my bio appointment after 80 days post receipt date so I need to get it done. Just wondering if I can get some advice here. The ASC they gave me was Naperville, IL. I have looked up other experiences for that ASC but they're all 4+ years old. Does anyone have any recent experience there?
