yes, you can use those as proof. I did the same thing. The remittance receipts. You can use letters (email and/or snail mail). wedding and honeymoon pics. photo of you and her together. Wedding invitations (if u still have a copy).

For I-864. I think if your applying for CR1/IR1, photocopies of Income Tax Return will be ok. That's what i did. And for those who applied for K1 & K3. They need to be Notarized. That's what my friend did. Coz i think the reason were for CR1/IR1, you will submit it on NVC and for K1 & K3, you will send it to beneficiary for the interview. And yes they need 3 previous years.

Your situation same as mine. They send me a RFE (Request For Evidence) for my 12-F but unfortunately i did not receive it and they denied my 129-F (K3). I went ahead with my I-130 (CR1) petition for my wife. I did not have any problem encountered. It took 10 months. Good luck on your Journey.

Thanks..but our dance has come to an end.

Put on AR, and no idea why...and worse yet is not knowing if it will take 2 weeks or 2 years like some.

Now we go home, put our heads under a pillow and pray to God that this is all just a bad dream, and we'll awake to a better day..but then the reality hits, and see all the stories of others in AR and realize we may not even see each other for months, and months. I give up, and wish they would tell us why, or when. I have tried calling and gotten the sorry cant help you...wait, we are still processing your case, now go away, and dont call back attitude..
