Take a look at the USCIS link I previously provided. It should give you an idea as to how they will accept your photos with your petition.

No need to necessarily get stressed about your file getting sent to another USCIS Service Center. I get the impression that USCIS is so buried in applications/petitions/forms, etc. that they are trying all kinds of things to handle and balance their workload.

    Good luck.

Yes I completely understand now how to send photos, the only thing I want to know, IF I can send them now or wait months and months for a possible RFE.

Customer service representative couldn't give me any info, after a long back and forth with my info she said that I need to speak with Tier 2 officer regarding this issue, and I can speak to them only on Friday. So I am gonna call them again tomorrow :(

I would recommend calling and verifying if that's ok I remember someone waiting until they received a RFE they sent over their pictures. Also please double check and verify the requirements for submitted evidence. I remember there being a certain amount of pictures and a certain type of size of documents, no folders, binders or anything within that nature. When you do get an clear answer try sending photo's that are significant and meaningful. I only sent a total of 15 pictures each set was for different scenery, days and location. I categorized it by family group pictures, engagement picture, and activities pictures. Hope this somewhat helps.

Thanks for the answer, I'm on line with USCIS Customer Service, I will ask them where to send the pics. I just wanted it to be organized and beautiful :(

They accepted all the evidence besides the album and I believe my NOA1 is on the way, but my case was sent to NBC and it freaks me out :(

  3. So let me start by telling that we are a gay couple living in a quite homophobic country, so we are married in Denmark instead of our country, because it's illegal here.

My appointment was at 2pm, I've arrived around 1:30, and immediately entered the building. There was no applicants waiting to enter. Inside, I've showed passport, got a security check, and gave 2 photos.

There was around 10 people waiting. I've waited for around 15-20 minutes , and got called to submit all my paperwork. Lady took almost everything, including my 500 pages worth evidence of relationship. There where no remarks of us being gay. The next wait was for the actual interview, there was only one consul working, and majority of people where DV Lottery winners. So I've waited for approx 1,5-2 hours.

So the consular officer was very polite and smiley person, that immediately put me on ease. First he read the oath, and I've said yes I swear, then he showed me my marriage certificate, and asked me with a smile, why do you got married in Denmark. I've said that we are a gay couple, and its impossible to marry here.
Then he started to look at our paperwork, and it was really a MASSIVE looking folder, I've said Im sorry for that, but we wanted to prepare as much as we can, and he said, that's completely OK!
He asked a few questions about my husband, like how do we meet, where he was working, when he immigrated and so on. He was joking all the time and the questions were simple  really!
He looked very briefly at our photos (100+ photos with lots of trips together), looked at our chat logs, and he was typing something all the time.
And that's pretty much it, he handed over a pink paper, and told me to get visa in 5-10 days. I've got very lucky, because this was a very nice and kind officer.
Actual interview lasted around 10 minutes, after that I've asked him are there any more fees to pay from here, he said that only Green Card fee left to be paid, then I've told him that we want to leave the country in mid July, will that be a problem? He said that visa is valid for 6 months, and medical is valid until early September.

    Good luck to all!

Good luck!  Our interview was on March 1 and we had two big binders with evidence so I totally understand where you're coming from.  If you can make copies of both your passports to show that you've traveled to see each other, that would be good.  Our interview lasted for 10 mins and we both attended the interview and were both asked questions.  However, we were not asked to produce any bit of evidence but perhaps this was because we front loaded the I-130 application with a lot of photos and other evidence.  The interview was the smoothest part of the entire process.  All will be well :)

    Thank you very much!

Well we actually lived together in the same country for 6 years, and my husband only returned to the US to reestablish his domicile and collect some money. But we travelled together alot, and all evidence is included.

I hope it will be the smoothest part for me as well!

  5. Congrats to all who got approved recently !

My interview is in 4 days, and I am super excited. Today finished arranging my documents, more than a 10 pounds.

For the evidence of relationship I've included

450 pages of FB chats from 2009 to 2017
20 screenshots of Skype conversation with 45+ minutes of talk each.
    Money Gram transfers.
More than a 100 photos together from 2009.
    Affidavits from friends.
    Joint bank account statement.
Tickets, hotel reservations , gym membership cards and other various things we've done together.
    Gift receipts.

Hope everything will be OK! :)

I doubt a late appointment is any different than an early one. It's not like they can only approve a certain number each day who come to interview and so they "run out" by the afternoon.

However I would guess that a late appointment is likely to have a longer wait. That is true for just about any appointment-based system. You should always make Doctors, Dentists, Hair appointments as early as possible. If every appointment starts 5 minutes late (for whatever reason) then by the end of the day the last appointment could be 30+ minutes late. First appointment after lunch may be the exception, but that depends on what kind of organization it is. A government-based system will likely "require" people to take a set lunch so if they start lunch late they will probably come back late. Most doctors I know if they finish the morning clinic late, they will just cut their lunch short (or skip it completely) in order to "catch up".

I don't mind waiting, if that's all about... But almost every interview I saw on VJ was early in the morning :/

Those of us who already got interview dates, can you please check have your CEAC status changed from "At NVC" to "In Transit"?

I'm wondering is there any way to check interview assignment without a call.

Mine went from At NVC to Ready. I didn't saw any In Transit statuses...
