Today is day 103 for my parent's AOS. Nothing has changed since NOA1.

I've submitted 2 SRs for them and they get the typical response.

    I-765 PD is 11/16/2016

Anyone from that week of November who still hasnt received their EAD?

All status still show as fingerprint fee was received, and case received. No RFE or RFIEs.

I also haven't gotten anything. I sent in 2 service requests because it doesn't hurt to do so :)

Today I received in the mail what I thought was going to be the EAD card for my wife. Turned out it was a EAD+AP combo card instead! :) No change in online status for the AP since the initial NOA, so this was a very pleasant surprise. I may have cried tears of joy, but they all froze and blew away with the million tons of snow I've cleared out since this morning.

    Onwards and upwards now!

    Congratulations :)

Hi Avina, the fact that you're looking at the Applicant Information Worksheet, I assume it means that they returned it to you at the biometrics appointment?

My wife had her biometrics done yesterday (Milwaukee) and after we got home I realized that they did not keep that form for some reason.  I do see that it says at the bottom "Upon completion of the processing at the ASC, this form WILL BE RETURNED to the applicant".  I found that strange so I called two friends who did this two weeks ago at the same office.  They said that their worksheets were NOT returned to them.  Now I'm worried that the biometrics person may have made a mistake by giving it back?  Would something like this hold up the process?

    Thanks for any advice.

Hey, it was given back to me too. Don't worry about it.

This was posted by @yuna628 in another thread regarding any pending application for anyone from one of the 7 countries.

I'd like to draw attention to this article from the Intercept I mused over last night. If I judge what I'm reading correctly: if you came on a K1 from one of those 7 countries, and have filed to adjust your status, if you have been here for a long time and are trying to ROC, or if you are making the decision to file for citizenship - they are being directed to virtually shelve your cases indefinitely. https://theintercept.com/2017/01/30/asylum-officials-and-state-department-in-turmoil-there-are-people-literally-crying-in-the-office-here/

This is actually one aspect of the order, the media is not discussing.. nor have we been really talking about this as well.

If your name can be added to more bills then it will help your case since it's more solid proof of living together, the more bills the better lol.

And it depends on the bank, but I'm sure they would accept any other ID you may have together with your passport (and if you have a SSN that would also be helpful). Visit different banks and ask, it's always better to go in person. :)

Ok, thank you! I do have a SSN so it helps :D

  6. also, sorry for not replying to your message before suss, I've been trying to avoid thinking about it hah. So I have everything I need to send for my RFE, I just have one question. It says "The joint sponsor must complete and return the page 4 of Form I-864." Should they only fill out page 4 or should I go ahead and ask them to refill the entire form? I know sometimes more is better but I don't want to mess it up.
