-

-
Yes. that the.case is just waiting for an interview setup.

Hello VisaJourney-experts,
I looked at the Bulletin Processing Times. And, the date has already passed for 06/2014, yet my husband has not got an interview date. Is there something wrong? Or am I just anxious?
-
nvc said husband will receive interview ifo in 15 days. but now nvc says they are now delayed in scheduling interview appointments #cuidadjuarez #ir1
-
.... so, i should just take a few extra bucks ,incase hes approved, for hotel room?
-
Hello VisaJourney-helpers,
The NVC will be emailing his interview instructions within a month, so, I would kindly like to know the how-abouts to scheduling the Medical Exam, this "biometrics", and, If approved, wait time to receive Visa card.
Please and Thank You.

and good luck.

Hello VisaJourney,
The clinics where my husband is from, in Mexico, do not have records of any vaccinations that he may have received. Can he get the shots ahead of time? Instead of paying the expensive prices in Juarez.

Thank You Nicky Sykes and loscharros .... oh man.

Hello VisaJourney-helpers,
Well, My husband and I finally received an update in our case (his case). So, we have a lawyer and yesterday morning I decided to call the lady who has our case; I called three times in a row. Two times it went to voicemail and the third time I called, someone answered. I asked for the lady and it was her who answered, then, she said "is this Alyssa?", I replied "yea". Then she goes on to tell me that NVC got in contact with her and that they will contact her in 15-30 days with all the interview information; this is a step forward.
We've been waiting for an update since Nov 2014. Yet, now we need to think about travel: transportation, stay, meals, length of stay, extra expenses, and whatever else. We are glad, anxious, and have doubts on interviewer. But, this is the best news that can change our lives for good.
Can any of you VisaJourney experts help me out about what to expect (links) in our travels and experience to the Consulate Juarez, Chihuahua?

Boiler, Thank You.
But, yeah, even if that means that they do not need to immigrate and a different visa helps; so be it.
-
Yes, Thank You Nigeria.
IF it comes to that; I am willing to pay and help my in-laws. I want to try and I do not in-laws kids have to work for $100 or less a week for their entire lives.
Only the future can tell, but for now its a waiting game.
-
This is exactly why I am researching with you visa-geniuses.
This is the main reason my in-laws need a chance to get a career and get a job to build up to that; a steady job. Not one, like here, where they get paid under $100 a week. And with their children I want them to study for a career.
I am new to this immigration-visa-process. And this plaEce is the fastest way to get info....
The have no profession, no career, no good paying jobs, etc. Everyone needs a chance to provide for their family. Even If that means having to apply for a visa.
-
Thank You Nigeria.
Yes, we know Mexico is cheaper.
Also, I only want to give my sister-in-laws an opportunity to provide for their kids. Are there type of visas for this?
You know, its all about chances.
-
Also, would trying to green cards for in-laws be a good choice? Or some type of visa word better?
-
Thats all true, and wouldnt hurt to try. The sisters arent able to provide for their father, etc. So, my husband and i pay his bills. Itll be all better to have him live with us.
I want all my in-laws to be able to have a better life (life, jobs, education, career). I dont want them to keep asking anyone for money. (I MEAN THAT IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE)
-
Thank You. Yes, my husband would have to, but, I would be helping too.
Thank You, I will read these links youve shown me. I couldnt find them on the website.
-
This is JUST RESEARCH.... hopefully for now.
But, I have two sister-in-laws, one has four kids; the oldest is fourteen, the other sister has two kids; her oldest is -10, and a 70+ year old father-in-law.
And I would like to know what are the PROS and CONS of application requirements to bringing them to the USA??
MONEY, YEARS, SPONSOR, WHAT MORE...
Thank You VisaJourney.
-
Oh, okay, thank you. But yes, i am a US citizen.

And what is this Mexico "Family Based Visa" Bulletin Prediction?
That shows FB2a-->January 2016 Prediction--> 06-15-2014, what does that even mean??
I am wondering because, 06152014 is almost the same as my husbands i130 approval date....
-
my online status says that my i130 was approved june 14 2014 and that i will be mailed for instructions....? is that the status that you mean?
-
yes they have everything.just waiting to hear back for an interview setup....
-
Last November 21, 2014 I paid the AOS and IV fees and my husband and I still wait for reply from Juarez. How much longer should we wait to hear about an interview setup?
We are feeling restless..... Thank You to whomever helps with an answer.
